The food was good and hot! I had the 3 cheese penne and my husband had the broccoli alfredo and they were delicious! Pam is the best hostess!!! She made us feel very welcomed and treated us like she has known us for a long time! She really made us have a great experience!

Went for dinner for work, and the service was excellent. They were incredibly busy, but the service did not disappoint. The did was great and came out together. Drinks were taken care of, and we were not forgotten when asked for anything extra.

Always a solid choice for a decent lunch. I did the 2 for $26 deal with my friend. I felt like the food was well made and the cost was reasonable. The server was quick and did little things that made our trip efficient to be able to return to work within the hour.

Update: They wanted a chance to fix the issues so I gave them another chance. The food this time was hot and my wings were more covered. A server brought my mozzarella sticks to a different table and then tried to bring it to us. Our waitress immediately said “The no touch table rule, please get them new ones”. This Applebees has the best waitresses across the board! I have been to many many restaurants and you that usually they one have a couple good waitresses/ waiters. That is not the case at this business. The whole wait staff in general is great at what they do. I hope the kitchen can continue to put out better food so the wait staff can get the tips they deserve! Great service AND great food. Thanks Applebee’s for making it right! It’s Applebees so I expect sub-par food in general which is another reason why I like it. You come in without high expectations. The food tonight didn’t even hit the subpar line for me sadly. My husband and I got honey BBQ wings, hot wings and mozzarella sticks. The BBQ wings weren’t fully sauced so some of them were dry. The ranch container was really small compared to other Applebees which sucked and you only got 2 pieces of celery. All the food was warm, not hot which was unfortunate. The service on the other hand was great Irais was our server and she was very attentive while working 5 + tables. Overall the experience was okay due to the sub par food not even meeting the subpar line. Also the bathroom was dirty.

The waitress surprised me with a credit of the runny chicken alfredo.I mentioned it was to watery as she took my plate and came back $11.00 off since I didn't eat it.She did her very Best. It's the kitchen that needs to improve on penne pasta.Parking: Always at of people inside for lunch but few cars. Plenty of parking.Handicap needs help with front door.
We did doordash because of convenience as well as having a toddler in a resteraunt can be a challenge. I just wanted to kudos this Applebee's as we've been very satisfied compared to some other Applebee's. My boyfriend always gets the steak ( very particular on his meat) and he's been happy with them. Highly recommend driving to having delivery by this Applebee's! ?
