Ordered online, my food was burnt and noticable when you tasted it and the employees were rude. Everyone ordering food inside was irritated with the way there were being treated by the employees.

This is the second time in a month that I've tried this place. Both times, the guy at the counter barks at customers, telling people in line to have their order ready and to start with what type of fries you want. This store should really find a friendlier person to take orders. When I told him I want the "straight cut fries" he barked at me that I must mean crinkle. I'm not in fast food, I don't know the lingo. Also On the last visit, I ordered it to go and they handed it to me on a tray. When I said that it was supposed to be "to go" he barked that I should have told him that. I told him that I did, but he was too busy barking orders at customers to listen to my answer. I'll never be back.

Real bad customer service experience a couple months ago. We had just moved into the area. We give our order, and when we ask for clarification like does this come with this or that, the person taking our order told us this in a very arrogant way “if you want that, then why didn’t you say it the first time? Now I have to go back and delete it and add the one you want…..(is giving order)… can you speak louder? I can’t hear you. What do you want to order? (Mid ordering)” And some other remarks I don’t quite remember. We’ve never been to an arby with such rude service. Definitely lost a customer cause we haven’t gone back since… to any branch/location.

My middle child will talk your ear off if you let him (6 yr old). The cashier was very patient and kind.
The food was great, hot ? and prompt.
Kid-friendliness: Kind, patient, friendly with my 2 year old wild son and 6 year old autistic son
Didn't get our complete order and the girl at the counter wasn't very friendly and she needs to speak louder.

For the second time this month I have placed my order alittle bit before 7pm and then I was told that they were out of roast beef. They said I could order something else.If I wanted something else I would have went someplace else.

Another 5 star restaurant. I've lived here for another decade now and have not once in history of management arrived a busy shift and not seen a manager conducting and working diligently with other employees. Team work makes the dream work! Great place for fresh food and they have a NEW shake machine..check it out. Tell me what Jamoca tastes like, lol. I want the meat! (THATS WHAT SHE...nevermind...) ☺️
Restaurant was dirty!!! Bathrooms dirty. And it was not busy. When we walked in staff looked like they were throughly irritated we were there. Person taking our credit card rolled his eyes when he had to enter credit card because it was broken. We were given a honey mustard packet that had already been opened. The Rueben sandwich meat was rolled all in a ball at the edge of one side of the sandwich. We will never go here again. One and done.

The food was great. Especially the fish sandwich. Afternoon order taker ( older gentleman) needs to be trained on friendliness. And maybe if he might be more patient while you look at menu. Also a smile helps a lot. But thank you for otherwise good service.
