We visit Arbys frequently , and in the past we have noticed the music playing has been too loud & inappropriate , for the clientele in there eating lunch. Again today we stopped , there was some awful rap music playing , and too loud ! I stepped up to the counter snd spoke to a young man working , and asked him to look at the age of everyone in there at that time , which were about six older couples . I said the music was horrid, could you please turn it down or change it . He smiled and walked away !! The music did not change . If the place was full of young people, they might like it , But it was not !! Very Poor Customer Service !! We will not go back .

We were first customers in door this morning. Every table,booth, and chair was dirty! Carpet filthy, tile looked like it wasn't mopped in months! I asked for a rag to clean our table. Worker came over with dry napkins and brushed food crumbs onto floor!!!

Order was incorrect, sandwiches were like warm and nasty, mozzarella sticks were still frozen or cold. $40 in the trash! I suppose it was my bad attempting a fast food approach but I figured the food would be edible. Happy to provide management with receipt info and a pic of the bag of regrets they handed me before I put it where it belongs...the garbage!

Ordered online, my food was burnt and noticable when you tasted it and the employees were rude. Everyone ordering food inside was irritated with the way there were being treated by the employees.

This is the second time in a month that I've tried this place. Both times, the guy at the counter barks at customers, telling people in line to have their order ready and to start with what type of fries you want. This store should really find a friendlier person to take orders. When I told him I want the "straight cut fries" he barked at me that I must mean crinkle. I'm not in fast food, I don't know the lingo. Also On the last visit, I ordered it to go and they handed it to me on a tray. When I said that it was supposed to be "to go" he barked that I should have told him that. I told him that I did, but he was too busy barking orders at customers to listen to my answer. I'll never be back.

Real bad customer service experience a couple months ago. We had just moved into the area. We give our order, and when we ask for clarification like does this come with this or that, the person taking our order told us this in a very arrogant way “if you want that, then why didn’t you say it the first time? Now I have to go back and delete it and add the one you want…..(is giving order)… can you speak louder? I can’t hear you. What do you want to order? (Mid ordering)” And some other remarks I don’t quite remember. We’ve never been to an arby with such rude service. Definitely lost a customer cause we haven’t gone back since… to any branch/location.

My middle child will talk your ear off if you let him (6 yr old). The cashier was very patient and kind.
The food was great, hot ? and prompt.
