Overall my drive-thru experience was good. The food was ready quickly and made correctly. The big negative was that the person running the drive-thru seemed distracted by visiting with another co-worker and forgot my drink. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't notice that I was missing my drink until I was down the road.

We stop here often when we go thru hutch , always good service.. a few people did mention portion sizes.. which I did notice my beef and cheddar did seem small. Good service!

When we went in it was right before their rush from the churchies so it wasn't busy. It didn't take long to get our food but I got the beef and cheddar regular sized but it seemed like it was a lot smaller then it was even a year ago, the cheddar seemed like it was pretty much out because there was barley any in there. Not going to stop me from going there but I didn't ring the bell...

Food was made in hurry. Had the chicken salad sandwich but you needed a magnifying glass to find the chicken. No filling! Curly fries were all broken little pieces.

Due to their re-sizing they have done as a company, I feel we did not get what we paid for. Less fries for medium. Medium shake looked like a small shake. Sandwich we ordered seemed to be sloppy and did not taste right. We were lucky enough to have a 25% off discount. After today's meal we have decided we will not be coming back to Arby's. The cost of food here was not worth it. I am very disappointed in them. We would have gotten better service and food at Culver's.
