I had the Crappie flop IPA it was a 7/10. I sampled the cold start IPA that was a 3/10.
The brewery it self is very cool lots of trinkets to look at and very clean.
This is a great spot to stop and have a few adult beverages. While I was here with my family visiting some extended family we stopped in to check it out and we were not disappointed. The service was great. and drinks were cold.
Great bartenders and customer service along with great food (food truck)
Staff is very rude and entitled. When you asks questions it feels like you are bothering them.
Bobbing Bobber Brewing is a fun little brewery, with an obvious fishing theme. They have plenty of seating with a large space for parties. They had 16 beers on my stop including a peach cream ale, vanilla coffee cream, cream, kolsch, apple ale, sour orange Creamsicle, IPA, cold IPA, dunkle, lite lager, oatmeal stout, salted brown, oat lager, peanut butter stout, Irish stout, as well as a seltzer. The music was cool, the staff very nice, they have pull tabs, and host a few events each month. I will stop again.
Great beers, great staff! Crappie Flop IPA is one of my favorites, hands down.
