I've gone multiple times and didn't hate it but there's always complaints. this time they didn't give a straw and the ticket says no bacon but there is bacon on the sandwich. I wouldn't recommend bur if your in a crunch I can see the benefit of the doubt

Just paid $22 for cold, extremely old food. Couldn't even make sure the light bulb cooking the fries was on let alone try to cover up incompetence by microwaving anything. One bite of everything and it went in the trash faster than them putting it in the bag.

This place is a joke.I went to the drove thru the other day and sat there for about 5 minutes. Girl that finally took my order was completely clueless on what was even on the menu telling me they didn't have whopper Jrs' with bacon and Swiss. I ended up ordering 2 whopper Jrs'.After waiting another 5 + minutes, I finally had my order place. I pull to the window, and I was told they were closed due to a lack of staff at 3 in the afternoon.Thanks for wasting my time. You could of told me this at the speaker, and not 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER.Shut this dump down, and get Wendy's back in town.

Tried to get a whopper for breakfast this morning via the BK app. They were not open at the time my online order told me I could pick up my food.Online app does NOT reflect their actual hours.Now I need to request a refund.Not the stores fault these mobile apps are notorious for not contacting/connecting with the stores with the correct hours.Hutch BK and staff= 10 out of 10BK Mobile App= 0 out of 10Another fail for Mobile orders.BK (And Taco Bell) corporate should be ashamed for not making their apps properly reflect their stores hours/staffing. Most negative things I hear about both these stores in this town come from the app and do not properly reflect the actual store/staff.This causes problems not only for the customers but also for the workers at these restaurants and causes upset customers to review bomb restaurants/employees that work their butts off over a poorly designed and poorly thought through mobile app.
