On. 12/11 we came for dinner. The order counter had one employee Behind the counter was chaos. It was a long time to get our food. It was terrible. The custard it took 3 trys to get order right from me and the others sar awhile they where melting. We love Culvers but it will be awhile before I return.

Waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive through for 2 ice creams that never showed up so I went inside to check and I see them sitting half melted on the tray. The culvers in hutch has gone down hill in the last 6 months.

We were in line over a 1/2 hr for Ice Cream and when we finally got it ,it was melted and my husband's was wrong .I even asked is that all melted and he said sorry we had it in the freezer.I used a straw to eat my Sunday. We went the drive thru
