Over 100 reviews/ratings and I've never left a 1 star review. I hate doing it but I have to warn others. Over the past year this place has consistently got our orders wrong or completely forgotten it. Tonight I ordered ahead online for 2 concrete mixers. They were busy so I patiently waited 40 minutes outside. Finally went inside to ask for a refund as our order was forgotten. The manager refunded me and never offered to make the mixers or offer a discount/coupon for a return visit. I'm so disappointed and giving up on this place.

I went through the drive-through, my order got messed up, so I went back around. Mason, the manager I believe told me that he needs the food back in order to replace it and started to get very angry at me for not having the food after I threw it away because I called and they told me to just come back and they’ll replace it but according to Mason he couldn’t fix his mistake because I didn’t have the food. Then Mason proceeded to forcefully take the sticker off the mirror of my car while screaming at me. Very bad manager and very rude.
I love going to Culver's when I'm in town! Their custard tastes so amazing, and their butterburgers cannot be topped.

The food turned out great! Had just gone through the drive thru to get a concrete mixer dessert! BUT, the time it took to get it was to the point where I almost walked in to cancel my order and ask for my money back! This seems to be an issue for every Culver's I've been to. There were a couple of vehicles who were behind me who received their orders before I had received mine!
