Long wait, literally had time to go to the store and back. Was told to come in for our food after it was not ready for drive-through pickup. Came in and 2 members of staff were just standing around and the other 2 were completely disorganized. After being told to come in when we came back we stood around waiting for our food for it to be sitting by the drive through window the whole time when we were not greeted or asked what our order was. Even after we finally got our order (20 minutes+) sandwiches had hair in them and the other was made wrong. Unfortunately a terrible experience at this location.

For the slogan of being freaky fast, we arrived as the only vehicle in the drive through and proceeded to wait 21 min for two sandwiches to be made with four workers present and no other customers in the building... Our consultation prize was that we could eat our chips and finish our pops while we waited.

Order a turkey, bacon, ranch, and onion sandwich. Instead I got a turkey, bacon, mayo, onion, lettuce, and tomato. Digusting. Never have eaten at jimmy John's and never will again. THANKS FOR RUINING MY LUNCH! Reply Nothing to fix. I will never step foot in a Jimmy John's. It was my lunch at work and because my order was not even close to what I order or will eat. I got to chips and cookie for lunch. Not a lunch at but a snack. So nope never will visit a Jimmy John's establishment.

Out two sandwiches were hard like cardboard. We called the store and talked to sienna who said she was a manager. She asked what we wanted to do. She keot talking about next time, there will not be aa next time having spent $25 on cardboard!!

When I came in I was not greeted, the guy just stared at me. I ordered a pickle and a sandwich, I was given my sandwich and the person just turned her back to me, no pickle. I asked for the pickle and I was asked very rudely what kind of pickle I ordered, I told her what I ordered, she wrapped it up and again very rudely said here and again turned her back to me. If it was possible to give a negative star I would. I love Jimmy Johns but I will never come back to this store in Hutchinson MN again

It takes 5-10 minutes to get a sub through the drive thru. You'd think with it taking so long it would be correct, but they can't seem to read the order correctly every time I go there.

I have celiac and i am very sensitive so ive stayed away from jimmy johns but today I tried it and it was a wonderful experience! The workers were amazing making sure there was no cross contamination and were overall just so friendly and kind about it.

I usually do delivery. Every time I have done it i have gotten a drive that smokes and makes my food have a smell of smoke. I have called and complained as was told he’d be taken off delivery as they said it themselves “it is gross” that obviously has not changed. Will not be ordering from here again.
