Don't eat here unless you want your order to be wrong, and if you work DoorDash, don't accept McDonald's orders, it's a waste of your time. They take forever to get orders out and you could be out delivering 2 or 3 orders from other places in the time it takes for 1 McDonald's order. I dash with my friend and we always eat at that McDonald's and it just gets worse and worse.

Do not come here from 4PM onwards. You will never receive your food on time, and your order will not be complete. I thought that this was a one time thing, but it happens every time during this time period.

Order a value meal two cheeseburgers burgers no condiments with extra pickle and onion. I received one with ketchup mustard and pickle and the other with mayo and pickle. Fries were cold. My husband's sandwich was also made incorrectly. And there was only one clean table to sit at. Requested a refund.

Not worth eating hear I'll drive a town over my meat patty is missing half of it called and was told it comes like that and bring it up to the door dasher like they made the food. *Edit. McDonald owner commented on my review but still avoids the issues THEY CAUSED*

ordered a big Mac when received through door dash it was missing half of one patty and a chunk of the other like someone had bitten it not starting someone did just that's the amount and shape that was missing when I called the store they stated they come like that and that if I have an issue call doordash this is a McDonald's issue not doordash poor food, terrible customer service. replace it with something else at this point

Don’t eat here. Manager was really rude she has glasses and didn’t even have a name tag NOR was dressed work appropriate and claims her name is “Betty” said she couldn’t give me a last name, but I will figure it out. and she poorly handled our situation. The employees were playing in the kitchen and one of them threw apple slices on the floor I saw the whole thing and so did 5 other people. When I asked about my food they completely ignored me and put their heads down.. I don’t think the manager who was on the shift knows what she’s doing. And I don’t believe she’s the store manager either. I’ve been trying to contact a manager above her all day. Also they gave my kids their happy meal cold. The fries were hard if my 2 year old chokes or my 3 year old chokes on the food I would’ve put a lawsuit on this place. The employees are the worst they don’t do their jobs right and the manager has NO idea how to do her job, she yelled and said she didn’t care and she also said I didn’t work there. I don’t but I know the experience. I never had an issue with mc Donald’s until now. They weren’t “back up” as she says. The employees playing in the kitchen and barley any cars in the drive thru. Smells like lies to me. Maybe if they worked faster and she knew how to be a “manager” this mc Donald’s would be better. I was also robbed $20 because the kiosk didn’t print off the receipts and she “couldn’t find my order”.
If you order food for your kids at this place PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE FOOD IS FRESH.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 30 minutes to wait for fast food is unacceptable, not just once but multiple times. It would be faster to drive to Litchfield McDonald's and come back to Hutch.

Editing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star because I've been here a quite a few times the past couple months and theyve been consistent and accurate with my order. I don't know if management changed or what but it seems they are doing better than they were previously.
