Got my refund by going back the next morning, and that was another bad experience.
Seems chronically understaffed. Your food is very unlikely to be fresh if you don't go during peak times. I've definitely sat in the drive through longer than should be necessary for a couple items a few times (15+ minutes.)
This McDonalds made me question whether or not I should give them more of my time to leave a review. The main problem is this town only has a few fast food places. With my options being so slim, I legitimately just wish they would do better.
You know when you microwave something and it's still cold in the center when you take a bite? That's what made me leave this review. I definitely ate the fries.

Went through the drive thru at 10:50pm on Friday. The hours say the drive thru is open till 12am. We got to the drive through and the screen was off and they said they were closed. A hour early. But all the lights were still on still inside.

It's Mc Donald's the Hutch store is fast and friendly. Food is usually good, the fries sometimes are soggy.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in Minnesota. I haven't had a fresh burger in years from this place. The fries are always stale and cold. I'd say 1 out of 10 of my orders come out correct. I thought the McDonald's franchises had standards to keep, but this one proves they do not.

No one was behind the counter to help and I busted my knee open scooting out of the booth on the wood holding the table up. Why do you have sharp edges on the leg holding the table up?

Got there around 7pm.. Waited until 7:50pm until finally pulling out when i was allowed to. All we ordered was a kids meal. I don't know what was going on, I've never waited that long even in a sit-down restaurant. Almost could've went to litchfield McD's and came back in this amount of time! Hopefully they get staffed up or just shut down in times like this. Cashier was top tier though.

Food is mostly good but sometimes certain items are undercooked, most staff are nice to work with but there is a growing concern of disorganization when it comes to the functionality of the kitchen and service. The store has also adjusted their lobby closing time: they lock the doors 10 minutes before close.

They force you to use a kiosk if go inside which has the worst UI ever. No refills or condiments without asking someone. A very bad experience. The drive through is really the only option and the first thing they always ask "will you be using our mobile app today"
