The pizza was great. The service was ok . I get that there was one person there. He seen me ( manager) . Didn't say anything. He was busy I get it , but about 2-3 minutes later he told me I would have to wait. I did..... He said he was busy with an order and he would help in a minute. He did chat a little while I waited.( That was nice) But it was a wait. I did get my pizza and did enjoy.

Delivery person yelling at me about wrong location and waiting 15 minutes. I told the person on the phone the delivery door. I would think if they wanted customers they would not treat them like I was treated, being yelled at by the delivery driver. Dumber thing about it was he got a 30.00 tip since this was at a work place a large group ordered and we were able to give him that tip. Will not be recommending or ordering from them anytime soon because of him.

I love Pizza Hut's pizza!! I wish the app worked. I'm unable to split payment using a gift card. Most of the time my order won't go through on the app. When calling to order, no one answers the phone. So frustrating! End up ordering somewhere else.

I never get my full order. Last time I didn’t get my wings. Called and they didn’t answer for 30 minutes (I finally just hung up because they weren’t going to pick up) while I was on hold waiting. Emailed customer service. No refund and no wings. Order number 19986567. I have better results when DoorDash delivers because they will go back to get the missing pizza or side for me. Pizza Hut - never hear from them again.

Don’t wast your time stood there waiting to order they guy helped the person in front of me and then went back and told the other guy witch never came up to take and order after I sat on hold for 29 mins what a joke don’t bother

Don't bother ordering food, you won't get it.Placed an order for delivery at 1:30pm, said it was estimated to arrive by 2pm.2:45pm rolls around and nothing. Tried calling 3 seperate times, each time they never answered.Never have this problem with Dominos

Te pizza was delicious but it was not ready when we arrived at the pick up time stated online (15 min wait). It would also be nice to have a direct number to call rather than placing orders through a call center.
