Your barista Piper deserves a raise. There was a line of over twenty people that she had to take care of by her self. The family in front of me was rude and demanding and she handled it very well. Three stars because it’s insane that no manager in the store is capable of helping. Five stars for Piper.

There was a crazy line there and only two girls working. They were kicking butt and they made my frappes surprisingly fast. They even wrote me a small note on my cup and I let them know the wait was totally okay, as I know what it's like to work in a fast paced environment.

I have been to this location twice now. Both times to get a summer berry lemonade and both times they didn't have the boba to put in it. That is the essence of the drink and so frustrating to go out of my way to go into target to get it and them not have it. I was told they get a shipment once a week but it runs out really fast, maybe then more should be ordered.

There were 2 people waiting for their drinks, we waited over 20 minutes for an iced matcha latte, everyone’s else drinks kept getting put in front of our one drink. After 20 minutes, still not drink - asked for a refund instead. Staff and shift lead both spent over 10 minutes to try and issue a refund and couldn’t figure it out. Left Starbucks after 30 minutes with no drink and no refund. Incompetence there is beyond help. Will not be going there again.

WOW!! I was in Starbucks with no line took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks!! The caramel crunch was ALL caramel could barely drink it. Not to mention it wasn’t made right, tasted awful! The other drink was also blended and when it was handed to me she spilt it and didn’t re make! The staff were all talking amongst themselves and not really making drinks.

I ordered a cup of coffee with heavy cream. They made other peoples drinks first and then gave me a mid temp cup of coffee.Then they were shocked when I asked for a hot one.I won't ever come to this Starbucks again.
The service is slow and staff talks and jokes around when people are waithing.. I know this is a service but people are also on a time, so taking over 25min is crazy and this happens everytime... yes I know I can make my coffee at home too...

Very disappointed. Was just at Starbucks in Target. The girl was not able to scan payment on my Starbucks app on my phone, so I had to use a card. Then I asked how I got credit for the purchase then on the Starbucks app and she says, "You have to do that before you pay. Sorry." No attempt to try and credit it, no customer service whatsoever. I'll go to Caribou in Hutchinson from now on.

Starbucks food is Starbucks food. It isn't meant to change from store to store and this one is no different. What stands out to me is the staff. They are always calm and collected when I go and very polite even when there are rude customers.
