Staff was uninterested in us being there. For a moment I thought the store must be closing soon due to his behavior. No, they don't close for another 2 hours.

I ordered online and it went to this subway (a half an hour from me) when I called to tell them and ask for a refund, they said no the subs were already made and I couldn’t get a refund. At first I accepted then went to the app to see if I could dispute for not getting my food. I called back and told the lady I can’t be out that money is there somewhere else to call. She put the phone down and I heard her mocking me to another employee. And immediately after I told her I could hear her, all of a sudden they could do a refund. Like eff her and eff this place.

The area lead delayed my delivery driver for a half hour. He's a tool and should be reprimanded for being a tool. Don't mess with the customer's food delivery for some ridiculous reason. Go mess with the other Subway. This is the GOOD one.

There was this kid working and doing great handling everyone until this one lady came out, she started yelling and him and when she made sandwiches she put hardly any ingredients in.

I don't go out to eat much.I watched the employee UT my sandwich together. Got home, at a fourth of it, and got sick almost immediately. I could taste it was foul immediately.I recommend the Subway on HWY 7 with auto order. Never got sick from that one.Twice I've been made ill by the Hwy 15 location.

This was the worst experience ever at a subway. First off your app is very poor. We got to subway and they were finishing up our 2 footlong sandwiches which was fine. But they just set them on a side tray didnt even say they were done. Did not get us our drinks, cookie was not in the bag, didnt grab chips. Then 1 of the sandwiches was a 6 inch. The person didnt not acknowledge us apologize walked away to make the other 6 inch half. Then while we were waiting the other employer ignored us completly and started helping a customer who was beside us even though we were waiting ahead of them because of a messed up order. No apology not even a word to us. Horrible experience.

I waited in line for almost 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered 2 sandwiches. They finished that persons order and then I approached the counter and the lady snapped at me saying she will be with me shortly and then proceeded to tend to incoming online orders. I stood and waited, tried to order online myself but the website froze. waited a little longer but they just continued putting new tickets down instead of serving the guests standing in the store. I ended up walking out. Horrible customer service, won't be returning.

I went in today and got my sandwich. I replied to the lady when she asked me if i wanted it toasted... i replied i want it made how it's recommended which is TOASTED!!!!! ...she rudely says that's not what she asked and she says again rudely do i want it toasted.... she then proceeded to make my sub wrong and didn't even hear my cheese up she put it on after toasting it. So RUDE for no reason at all I will not be going back. sub TASTED LIKE AN ONION AND THE TOMATOES WERE GREEN:(
