I don’t usually complain about customer service at any place. However tonight I went to Taco Bell. I tried to order a 7.00 meal. I was never asked if I wanted anything else. When I tried to order a soft taco. He says I have to go to another screen because I was done. Which I never said. Then I said I wanted my 7.00 dollar meal with chicken. And he said seriously I thought you said you were done. And I said I don’t need to be treated this way and I am out of here. And he said good we don’t need your business. I love Taco Bell and that was one thing I was looking forward to when I moved back was to eat at Taco Bell in Hutchinson. Now after tonight I am not sure if I want to eat there again. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Quick-service fast food can be hit or miss, and that’s been my experience with this specific location. This time, the individual taking orders / cards at the drive thru was particularly kind. Receipt says her name was Marah G (8:18pm 8/30/24). Not always the best service here, so want to make sure to shout her out!

Went there order a box of tacos I think twelve were in there. Told them to throw sauce in they threw in 3 packets and two napkins.. I know times are tuff cause of Biden..... But let's use our brains. Twelve tocos equals minimum of twelve packets of sause

Will be a gamble if you are actually going to get everything you ordered. One out of every three times we will be missing one or two items. I’ll still be back because it’s Taco Bell but make sure you check for all your items prior to leaving!
