Coffee was really good, but the last two times we've gotten donuts there are hardly any to choose from and they've been pretty dry. The plain glazed donut didnt look like it had any glaze on it and the frosted ones look pretty sloppy.

Nice, clean place in this small town, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. I wish my server was a bit friendlier, but it was early, so I won't get too hung up over it

Stood at the counter for 1t minutes and watched the employee make three ice cream drinks came back to the counter, looked right at me, and she began to work on a printed line of orders. Never said a word to me. So I left. These franchises aren't cheap, if owned it. I'd suspend, find replacement workers then fire the entire staff that worked on Friday morning September 19, 2025. By the way every counter in my view, including the floor was disgustingly filthy and the employee didn't wash her hands or have gloves on when she prepared the drinks.

Drive through is horribly slow. Spent over 20 minutes waiting to get to the menu/order board. They won't even take your order until the person in front of you has paid, received their order and driven away. And, if you want to leave, you can't because there's no way to exit the drive through once you've entered...unless you jump the curb.

This location has really gone down hill in the past few months. Food is always rushed and cold, flavour shots are always out of stock and yesterday I ordered a Dunkalatte with butter pecan and it was bad, made me physically sick.

The employees especially the one with long blond hair, seemed very put out. I asked if she had some sugar packets and she presented me withba sweetener and I said I asked for sugar but sweetener and she actually rolled her eyes at me. Not a good impression

My order was: one coffee and one ice chai latte with oat milk, oat milk because my daughter is highly allergic to regular milk. And I got 2 coffees and they used regular milk for the latte. My daughter had and allergic reaction
