This store is a hit and miss. The full-time staff that work earlier in the day are wonderful. The place is always being cleaned and food is fresh.
Unfortunately, late day when the staff tend to be younger and mostly part-time they don’t have as high of standards, and food often is aged (especially chicken products), tables are left soiled for an extended period and other cleaning is left too long… and if you are unfortunate enough to visit during the last hour or so at night then you get to witness the staff attempt to make up for hours of not cleaning which isn’t pretty or relaxing to eat during.
I wish I could say that this is only a temporary situation, unfortunately, it is not and a few times a year my wife and I will try eating in in the late evening but are chronically disappointed.

We went to Hardee's today got our breakfast they accidentally forgot to give us our hash browns. I made a phone call to the manager explaining what happened. Stating that people sometimes make mistakes. She was so nice she drove to my house later on today and gave me a coupon for a free meal for my next visit. This was very thoughtful very professional and I think Hardee's.

I saw 2 reviews of the Big Roast Beef from 4 & 5 years ago. Must really messed since with the quality. Worst sandwich I have ever eaten at a fast food restaurant. Looked bad, little flavor. Just really disappointed.

This Hardee’s is well maintained and cheery, inside and out. Food is wonderful and so is the service!!! Except after 8pm - they really make you feel unwelcome if you come in the last two hours, those working at that time. (During our last visit, a worker grumbled loudly “two more came in” …and then another slammed stuff around loudly next to where we were eating)
Other than that, it’s the best Hardee’s I know of and I’ve loved Hardee’s forever!!
