Breakfast biscuits are hard and chewy on the outside, doughy on the inside because they coat them in butter BEFORE they bake them. So basically a fried biscuit. If they'd leave the butter off, they'd be much better.
I was hungry. Somebody bought a double quarter pounder with cheese-hold the pickles, and shared a small French fry order also. A double² generosity.I felt much less hungry when I finished the sandwich and exited to the spacious, well marked and neatly swept parking area.

This used to be the best fast food restaurant in the area. Unfortunately, due to a few select staff it has become unwelcoming. In a service industry, customer service, smiling, and pleasantries are everything. The management needs to learn this and pull those who can't or won't do that significant part of the job off the front line and put them where they don't have interaction with customers.
