Applebee's Grill + Bar

I think it's disgusting to overhear someone that works here talking shit about another coworker to customers blaming him for hos slow the food comes out. I'm sorry but even if that is the issue all you are required to do is apologize and get the food out. No team member should ever talk down about there staff to customers it's disgusting and shows team is not here! Girl with the short curly hair and facial piercing and glasses. Get trained better because I this is not it!

Chips had so much salt they were inedible, buffalo sauce drenched my mozzarella sticks, asked/paid for extra celery and received 3 inedible pieces, ordered ranch and received blue cheese. ZERO care went into my order, ended up going back for a refund and left hungry. 👎

We stopped here going to get lights at gertens for my daughters house. We did the 2 for 25 deal. I had the cheeseburger grilled cheese. It looked fantastic had a bit of oil taste to it kinda like the grill maybe idk. The onion rings were awesome as were the fries. Overall was good value but the sandwich needs to be fixed. Atmosphere was great. Server was friendly.

OK, there was a fill-in manager who seemed to be nice when I was at the restaurant. There was a young man who took my order. I asked him to give me the Parmesan steak made like the bourbon the Parmesan has shrimp. Broccoli and potatoes He charged me extra for everything the onions and mushroom I didn’t get my shrimp. I called the manager politely to let her know. she had a bad attitude. It’s really sad to fill-in for someone else’s store and treat people that way. I don’t know if it’s because you know what I look like she thinks I’m on BS or not but I didn’t get my food I paid for it and I don’t appreciate her hanging up on me. I wasn’t mean or rude to her, but she was to me kept talking over me And they said I don’t know she had a bad night at the end but I tip well and I said thank you multiple times and I gave them a good survey at their restaurant on the table so for me not to get what I asked for what I paid for and for to hang up on me and get loud The way she did for no reason it was absolutely unnecessary. I will be calling corporate or whatever this is, I will be climbing the ladder because I don’t deserve to be treated like that especially almost $30 on a small plate and I don’t like to be judged because that’s what she did assumed I was making it up or whatever I don’t know what’s your deal she didn’t do it when I was there. Very rude. I don’t think they like too much diversity the way they look at you when you’re in the restaurant and the way you just treated me so yeah I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. it doesn’t even even deserve one side. The food was not great at all. It was light on the seasoning bland it was not the bourbon sauce like I asked for nothing. I don’t know why I was treated that way today, but I would like my money back because I’m definitely not gonna eat the food there because I don’t know what she’ll do to me and I will find out her name cause she didn’t wanna give me the name before she hang up on me and told me shut up and goodbye we were there the server had something last time we were there we in the server, orderly lady that wears like a flower or something in her hair was working. She charged us something extra for something we didn’t get and we told her about it she made a loud sound and snatched the receipt out of my guy’s hand. This place is just messed up. I don’t know like I said if it’s because of diversity or what it is, I don’t know I don’t wanna pull that card but that’s what it seems like because we were polite both times so I don’t know what’s going on that needs to be fixed especially the manager to be treating people that way, but fill-in Manager and the new server at the time she was new and I will not stop hearing the blog because I didn’t deserve it both times especially me spending my money and tipping both times.

I've been here 4 different times only 1 tike was the vibe. I can't help but notice that this location isn't very friendly to customers of color. How ever when the female staff is working the vibe is cool. The men not so much. Very off putting

Either applebee's has really gone downhill, or that location is really suffering.

My little brother says this Applebee's in specific has his favorite chicken wings ever lol. However my personal fave is Applebee's classic cheeseburgers & French fries! However I was a bit let down with my order from here, I ordered my favorite meal, obviously. & not only was the burger not cooked the way I asked for it to be (medium well) but it was under cooked which is never a good thing. I took one bite & unfortunately spit it out due to how pink it was still.. the fries were UNSEASONED (the seasoning on the fries is literally why i love them so much.) and were cold and slightly soggy...? I've eaten here over a year before this experience and back then I had a wonderful time, but this time at least as far as the actual food went was not a good time at all. But i will say the host that bagged and rang up my order was very kind. I enjoyed speaking with her. the only other thing Id like to say is there really should to be more standing room for customers when waiting for a table, paying for their meals, etc. The area they currently have I personally don't think is even big enough for 2 full booths. For instance i am 5ft tall and i was attempting to stand there with 3 other men, all whom were about average height/ maybe slightly shorter and to be completely honest it was so cramped that we were all touching shoulders... just made it very uncomfortable overall while waiting for my food/waiting to pay. Overall though this specific Applebee's franchise is alright. I just know of a few other locations that I personally prefer.

Had a great time at Applebee's this evening. Our server, Dana?, was attentive and had a great sense of humor. Food was very good and the drinks even better. Fun evening with friends catching up in a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks Applebee's!

i love this applebee’s !! dana the bartender is great as well as javon the host ! the food always exceeds my expectations . i’ve been coming here since high school and it’s always been the best applebee’s to go to !!
