SO CUTE INSIDE! I love the retro vibe and the car theme. The food was hot and fresh, the staff were kind, I liked the order kiosk instead of ordering in person, and the outdoor area is lovely.

My most recent experience was God awful but there's a first for everything. Overall, definitely recommend this A&W location...now just wish they would bring back their Sriracha cheese curds we drove all the way from Farmington for those!!

Stopped in for a burger and a cold mug of the Worlds Best Root Beer! Restaurant was very clean. Very helpful staff, especially a cute girl named Keira!

Food was good. My papa burger was overly sauced for my taste. Lots of signage to tell you how to do things and that you were watched via cameras.

I saw zero costumer service. You have to order from a machine and it asks for your table number but the don’t deliver so you still have to stand at the counter to get your order. In order to have an employee take your order you have to go through the drive through and park and go inside to eat it. Not a friendly atmosphere. Again zero customer service unless you are a machine.

I ordered a double cheeseburger plain, extra cheese, side of a cheese curd and a regular strawberry shake (combo). The price was reasonable at 17$ and tasted pretty good. Unfortunately there was no cherry that came with the shake like promised. The indoor eating was absolutely beautiful with decorations everywhere. If you are an introvert, this is a good place for you because there is little to no human interaction with a touch screen order system. If you order to dine in there is a speaker system to let you know your number is ready. (My camera is broken so photos aren’t great sorry)

I was charged twice and they didnt take responsibility. The workers are very rude and rolled eyes at me. I went in nice amd told them what happened and even showed the transaction. The supervisor never came up to the front to handle the situation, instead sending the rude workers to me. In the end they said it was my bank but my bank is saying its all on them. This isn't the first time I've heard stories about this particular store.
