So the only reason I'm leaving the review I'm leaving is due to a few reasons, the first of which is the staple of A&W restaurants was missing. That staple is an ice-cold frosted mug that you get with a crisp and cold Root Beer. (Only available via Fountain in paper cup). The second is the restaurant itself is very clean, staff were friendly when we entered but there is no interaction with them except for when you go to pick up your food. (They do not have table...
Excellent burgers, freshly made, perfect meat:bun:toppings ratio and tastier than many more upscale places I've tried. Fries are McDonald-esque, not my favorite but I realize that type is popular. My root beer float was 20% root beer 80% soft-serve. Would have been better had those percentages been flipped around.
First time at A&W in IGH. Nicest and cleanest fast food establishment I've been to in a while, lots of character as this location is retro. Touch screen ordering was a very pleasant surprise. Food came out super fast too and was piping hot. Thank you!
