Can’t even give one star - waited inside this afternoon for about 5 minutes while the drive through got priority…walked out and drove out of my way to a Starbucks…😕
Loved the drink I actually switched from Dunkin to Caribou because of the shakin espresso!

Had an iced latte with skim milk. Not nearly as good as it used to be. Tasted watered down.
The service was exemplary. The coffee is fantastic. I recommend this Caribou without reservation.

Okay in a pinch but the Concord one is much better. This has a cramped parking lot and the drive thru is difficult if you're in a larger vehicle

Manager is very rude. She talks to her workers like they're dumb. Not very professional at all. I feel sorry for those that are under her management. They deserve better.

Caribou doesn’t train people how to steam milk anymore, and no one has ever even seen properly steamed milk. EVERY TIME I order a cappuccino I get a full cup of scalded milk with ZERO FOAM. It’s not even a latte!!! They rely 100% on the machine to do the work. They put the wand in the pitcher, push the button and walk away. Here’s my “cappuccino”.
