Had a large pizza delivered. It was perfect, I have had many pizzas from other Casey's and although good, this store is excellent. My new goto pizza place. Quality ingredients, very good crust and cooked to perfection.

What a nice store. Been going to Casey’s all my life. Too bad this one’s a dud. Seems after a year of new management things aren’t improving. Pizzas always old in the afternoon, overly cheesy in the morning. Place is dirty a lot. Constantly a nasty men’s room. And no Gender neutral bathroom offerings. Stuck using the disgusting men’s room. I’ll probably just start going back to Holiday.!

I used to work in the kitchen of the Casey's location in Pipestone, MN. I understand that there is a lot to do when making the pizzas here. But... It is a tried and proven process that has people near every location I've ever seen and/or been to. That is until I made the grave mistake of ordering from the IGH location. With this being how Casey's is represented in the Twin Cities, now I know why there aren't more locations here. I ordered a Taco Pizza and a Supreme Pizza. The taco pizza was missing the chips and they used regular sauce instead of the normal base found on their taco pizzas. And my supreme pizza was missing pork sausage and green peppers. This place is an absolute disgrace to the Casey's brand.

If I could give this place a 10th of a star I would. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a Casey's general store. Every time I stop in for pizza or food, there never is any. Any other Casey's I have ever been to has pizza ready and other options in their warmers. This place is a joke. Today I walked in from working nights at 0700 and nothing in the warmers or even the lights on in the kitchen. This isn't just this once this is all the time. If there ever is food in there it's been in there for over an hour and basically dried out and hard. Barely edible. Its sad because we travel back from Mn to souther mo and try to hit all the Casey's cause we trust the gas and enjoy the food and our 4 kids do as well but this place is trash. They have a high turnover of terrible employees with no customer service. Honestly if I was a Casey's manager or higher I would shut this place down. It's that bad. This am I walk in and walk over and nothing is there in threw my hands up and turned around to walk out without saying a word to anyone, the guy who is showing off his new tattoo on his arm starts giving me grief about throwing hands up saying "just can't be happy with anything huh?" "He couldn't have a nice day if he wanted to!" The customers standing around were confused. What a terrible experience I will never go back! Sad to say the least!

I waited 10+ minutes in line for a single item and never made it to checkout. There were maybe 5-6 people ahead of me and it took way too long to even get one person checked out that I left. The cashier either had to be 90+ years old or nodding on fent.I am actively avoiding this gas station after that experience. If you need anything other than gas go somewhere else.

For the last few years the crew making Pizza's here has been on point despite being completely overworked. I tipped them regularly for their upbeat attitude and high quality work.I picked up two pizzas tonight from an online order that specifically requested square cut pizza, and for 2 of 3 ingredients to be held, however all 3 ingredients were held, and the thin crust seemed under cooked, very floppy and was not square cut. These are not difficult instructions to follow, and I blame poor management for not hiring the right individuals to work at this establishment. Is the labor market really THAT bad?

I had ordered 2 pizzas online and prepaid for them. I walked into the store to go pick them up just as another guy was getting handed two pizzas. When I asked for my pizza they said that they made a mistake and had just given them to the guy who walked out the store. There was no apology from anyone there. They said it would be 20-30 minutes for them to remake the pizza. After asking how they were going to make this right someone handed over some free pizza coupons again without even the slightest apology for the error. This is by far the worse Casey's I've ever been too.
Picked up a pizza today, kitchen manager Austin was phenomenally kind and I will be back!! Give this man a raise.

had an order for pizzas, the two boys working in the kitchen went on break at the same time leaving the very nice lady alone cashiering and cooking. she looked so stressed and finally after 10 minutes of waiting the boys walk in smelling like the devils lettuce, the two boys were very rude.

Receipt would not print at the pump. My wife has three kids in the car, two happened to be twin infants. She called asking if the attendant could bring it out, she said no.Because they don't restock and make sure their pumps are printing receipts correctly my wife was supposed to bring all three kids inside to get a receipt?Get better customer service. I understand the pumps randomly stop printing receipts, but if they do. Take less than 1 minute to bring it out to your customers who are not able to.

Since this place opened I haven't had the best service here. Most of the employee lack customer service, never noticed anyone with a smile on their face. The last time I was there just proved to me that I'm no longer going there since it is about a 2 minute drive from my house. Much rather drive up the road to the other gas station. Anyways I went in there to grab a drink and some chips. I noticed the cashier was on her phone talking about getting a hotel and the other guy was messing around with the register. I dropped my food on the counter and I swear I was standing for 2mins just waiting to be helped until the girl finally said "ohh" and checked me out. I was really tempted to just leave my food and walk out but I really wanted to see how long they would take to notice me. If you don't like your job then quit. I have been in customer services for 10+ years and I was discussed on how I was treated.
