Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat here 3-4 days a week mainly because the chicken bowls are gluten free. I get the same bowl everytime but today I ordered for the drive through pickup and only got 3 dice-sized pieces of chicken. Basically a $10 bowl of rice and beans. Seems from the comments that others are experiencing the same thing. I guess I'll just go in and order so next time they can't short change the chicken. Honestly I felt ripped off.

I almost never leave negative reviews but I felt like the Kid behind the counter preparing my food was doing his best to hardly put any food in my $14 Tacos. A few small pieces of steak, literally a couple of drops of hot sauce, a pinch of cheese and lettuce. I mean staff has been conservative with the product in the past but this was ridiculous. I used to love it here but I will never go back.

I've ordered from this location online multiple times and have had just as many issues. Maybe go in person so you can address the issue while they are making it but save yourself the trouble and don't order delivery from this location.

Dude literally had a chip on his shoulder... yous were out brisket or someone was just too lazy to fetch it honestly you guys also were very low low on sour creme and the guy didn't want to swap it out. As I've said to plenty of people before, if you dont like your job, then just quit.

I was at this location this past weekend. I ordered a chicken bowl and a barbacoa burrito. The food was good. I was a little nervous because I had a bad experience at another locations, but this one was great. I would suggest taking more care of the dining area, though. It was a little messy.

I've been coming here regularly since they opened, from the start they've always been polite, and good at what they do. I go at a slower time of the night, so they recognize me when I get there and usually have my order ready to go by the time I get in the building. Great food, positive crew, and they are very clean, this is the best chipotle I've ever been to!

Probably the best Chipotle I've been to. I used to work at Chipotle in 2016-ish and they've always talked about the drive through being an option, and I'm glad to see it happen. :)

This location is terrible about actually giving you the food you order. For the second time I picked up my order and when I get home and open it, the ingredients are completely wrong. I am not able to go back and get it corrected and when you call you can’t get a permit on the phone.

Every time I order food online it is messed up. I either get things I didn't order or don't get items I do want

I ordered and picked it up. That was my mistake. 2 of my burrito bowls were missing half the ingredients, and the 3rd had the wrong meat.

First time there, and it really is not that hard to follow and order. Did not go back or return because there was a reason we weren't eating in.

Worthless employees, i guess. For 37 dollars, I got rice and beans and salsa! Nope!!
