Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I recently did a few drive through orders with burgers and my order got messed up . They were very busy. I wrote a little nice complaint. Kristy the night manager called back right away and apologized and gave me a few free meals for next time. She was very friendly. I get it .. they get busy and things happen. I was happy they made it right! We love this Dairy Queen and will continue to go there!!

Disappointed, was told this location does not have chocolate ice cream, what kind of Dairy Queen is that?

I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge. There was very little hot fudge. The plastic container was very messy and sticky. The ice cream was tasteless. My son ordered a blizzard with extra milk chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. His blizzard should have chunks of candy as pictured on the Dairy Queen website. Instead, it had a thin, fine powder, with no candy. A waste of $13. The McDonalds down the road has really good Hot Fudge Sundae's. We will drive past Dairy Queen in the future.

Blizzard have almost no mix ins and are poorly blended and half of the bottom is just vanilla soft serve don’t get a blizzard here especially in the drive through.

Took 10 minutes in drive thru with no one else in line, inside or out. Even so, told the person thank you and have a good day and all I got was getting glared down

I received excellent service. I had an unusual order that Elise took the time to understand correctly. My food was excellent. I came back in to ask about how my order was priced and Elise explained it perfectly. Krissy was friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The restaurant is clean and well-managed. Very impressed with this location!

I always pay extra for an extra gravy and they always forget it. It's so incredibly annoying, who knows how much money I have lost over time from them not being to able to complete a task as simple as putting 2 gravies in the box. Pathetic.

I would give this location no stars if I could. I ordered two blizzards and three hotdogs and I forgot to ask while ordering if they could put ketchup and mustard on the hotdogs, it must have taken 10-15 minutes between each car that was lined up, by the time we got to the window (which is the tiniest window in all the DQs by the way) I asked if they could put ketchup and mustard on the hotdogs and a man had the biggest tantrum about it, must have been the manager because all the girls just listened to him complain for five minutes about how much of a hassle it would be to put ketchup and mustard on a hotdog now that it’s inside the bag. How dare I ask for ketchup and mustard on food that I payed for. Even after we said okay to putting packets in the bag he still wouldn’t stop having his tantrum and kept complaining we asked. I get home and open the packets and try to apply them to my hotdogs but they must have expired because they wouldn’t even come out of the packets. That man/manager should be embarrassed. Will never come to this location again. That guy should be fired.

Chicken straps tasted burnt, they weren't burnt it was the oil. French fries soggy.
Blizzard was 50/50 ice cream and cookie dough and was not mixed very well ice cream in bottom cookie dough on top. Service was terrible ( no training on the new employee running the drive through. Manager did not know much.
