(Im leaving yelp so transferring all yelp reviews here)) Honestly, this DQ is just overall mid. I am a sane person so l expect their food not to be done well at all. Every time I order a blizzard it is just poorly mixed on the bottom and not full all the way.
Otherwise, the staff here are mostly nice and the inside seating is a huge bonus as they sometimes bring your order to the table.

I was charged $2.89 for water that seems like it came out of the toilet. I asked for a glass of water and was charged that amount. They should’ve disclosed that before charging me. Also, the prices are insane for the price of this tiny blizzard. I don’t think I’ll be returning here and going to either another location or a different establishment.

How does this dairy Queen not have chocolate soft serve?? I've been here in the past and also had really poor experiences with getting my order right. Eagan dairy Queen for sure has chocolate soft serve. Disappointed.

I have Always had Great Food & Service from this location. Some other locations, I won't go there unless I'm in a hurry.

I'm just saying if you're not comfortable with your job then you should move on the staff was so rude and the order was wrong and then it took over 30+ minutes for the food and it wasn't even that good I just want be going back with the food being overpriced and crappie staffing i will just go somewhere else

I recently did a few drive through orders with burgers and my order got messed up . They were very busy. I wrote a little nice complaint. Kristy the night manager called back right away and apologized and gave me a few free meals for next time. She was very friendly. I get it .. they get busy and things happen. I was happy they made it right! We love this Dairy Queen and will continue to go there!!

Disappointed, was told this location does not have chocolate ice cream, what kind of Dairy Queen is that?

I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge. There was very little hot fudge. The plastic container was very messy and sticky. The ice cream was tasteless. My son ordered a blizzard with extra milk chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. His blizzard should have chunks of candy as pictured on the Dairy Queen website. Instead, it had a thin, fine powder, with no candy. A waste of $13. The McDonalds down the road has really good Hot Fudge Sundae's. We will drive past Dairy Queen in the future.
