New customer, ordered delivery. Told 20-30 minutes. After 50 minutes I called . Address, he barked after I asked where my pizza was. Said I was next stop, no sorry for the delay or thanks for your patience. And hung up. Pizza came 10 minutes later. Flat as a pancake (I ordered xtra cheese), crust edges burnt and it was cold. Reheating no help. Worst pizza I ever had, you just lost a customer.

This review is a S/O to Chris! Chris did an amazing job with the prep of my pizza. I ordered extra cheese, paid for extra cheese and actually got extra cheese! Although it seemed as if Chris was working alone, he was very professional and kind! Thanks, Chris. Be blessed🙏🏽

I ordered my pizzas at 7:55 and at 8:55 it was still sitting at the store. I understand it’s a busy day. I’m totally understanding but receiving my pizza near 1 hr and 15 min later, and it’s cold and looks a day old is unacceptable. I would have been ok waiting that long if I had received hot fresh pizza. It was literally cold and dried up. I was so disappointed then when I called to voice my concerns The associate was rude and short with me. I will not be ordering from this Dominos again. Giving no stars should be an option because my service was not star quality.
