The guys here are always kind and great service. I came in on Wednesday 1/15 for lunch and there was a gal there that was rude to me. But the guys are always so nice! I recommend this location and their service.

Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. I drive an extra 5 minutes to go to this location instead of West St Paul. They always have my pick up order either on the shelf or getting bagged up upon my arrival. I have never had a bad experience with staff, even when I forgot to submit an order or sent an order to the wrong location. They never forget anything on my sandwich order, which would be easy to do with the amount of freebies I add.

The food was okay. Not terrible, not amazing. I got the spicy Italian sub or whatever it's called. It was good, but definitely not spicy enough. Maybe they should make a line of subs called "actually spicy" subs, then I would purchase from Jimmy Johns more frequently. The food at this location was much more editable than the Waterloo location, in fact it was actually real food! Shows how much manager can change a location. The food was delivered practically instantly thanks for it being less than a mile away and the Door Dasher being nearby. Might purchase again, but it wouldn't be my first pick. It wasn't exactly exceptional or beat any other places I've been before, but it wasn't bad.

The last 3 times we have ordered have been terrible. First 2 times we did delivery which we knew would probably take a little bit longer since it seems like every is short staffed, but we didn’t think it would be over an hour and over an hour and a half. So this last time ordered for pick up and almost every sandwich there’s was something wrong. And on top of that it’s a good thing I got there over 15 minutes earlier than when it said my order would be ready because it was already done and on the counter, which is great that it was ready quick, but if I would have waiting until the email told me too my sandwichs would have been sitting there getting soggy and gross. And the employees just started at me when I got there, no greeting or anything. It was the most uncomfortable food pick up I’ve ever done. I just don’t understand how this location is still in business. I will make the drive to any other one from now on.

I would have put zero stars but that's not an option. Twice now that I've used inver grove heights online service to order food, my credit card has been hacked. Management does not care and won't do anything. First time I was hacked was because I couldn't afford to leave a tip on my card, this time was because they completely messed up my order and I requested a refund. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I wouldn't use inver grove heights jimmy johns unless you have money for one of their employers to steal.
