pizza was good, customer service horrible. placed a large order the night prior, arrived to pick up and ended up waiting 40 minutes to get order. I can understand things delaying services but I do not understand the lack of effort made to initially inform us there would be a delay and now to contact myself or return contact (have called several times, contacted through online customer service). even an apology would be appreciated! no contact is not acceptable!!!
We love Little Caesars and have used this location many times. Tonight will be our last. Arrive to find out all the employees walked out, another gentleman had wait over 45 minutes for his pizza we waited over 30 for ours. Management felt it was more important to socialize with their friends by the counter then get in the back and cook pizzas to fulfill orders.
