The service is HORRIBLE. They took about 20 minutes to prepare my cheeseburger and a large fry and when I asked them for 2 medium waters, they charged me for a soda and gave me a small cup.

All I wanted to do is order some food, but they kept on asking me about apps I use or something, I could barely understand the person in the sound box. I'm tired of the high prices McDonald's charges for the poor service they provide.

Ordered breakfast on the app at 1012am. Arrived at 1034 to be told switched to lunch and they don't have my food. There have been numerous occasions where I showed arrived up to ten minutes pass 1030am and still received my food. Manager had some excuse they dont make the order until I arrive plenty of times the order has been ready and bagged at arrival.

I personally can't stand McDonalds. It isn't just this location. It's the brand as a whole. Their food isn't good (except the fries). The pricing isn't on par for it to be value unless you use the app and even still it just isn't for me. Go to Culvers or Wendy's or even Burger King. I was here on a rush. I used the app and got myself a cheap lunch on the fly. I will make it a point to not go there as often as I can.

It's McDonald's, it's consistently decent and this location is friendly, clean, and so far always gets my order right. What more can you ask for in cheap fast food?
4/25/25 4 pm if your teenagers goes to simley hs please teach them to clean up after themselves all tables were full of their trash on tables and floors to no respect at all in and out of restaurants on scooters in parking lot people trying go to drive thru and they can’t cause your kids are in the way !! The lazyass manger needs ban your children from mcds asap they’re 20 plus of them in n out and some teens girls smokin in the woman bathroom to and the manager didn’t unlock the playground til 5:15 plus and was rude about it to saying I know it’s after 5 well then unlock it instead of being rude about it we will not be back to this location this place get zero stars from me

We had about 20 people there on a Saturday afternoon in the play area for a birthday party and it was great. It was clean and the staff were great at helping get the food out!

March 22, Saturday 3:20 pm. Hispanic worker big boned, front counter has no urgency. Has no service and does not have any sort of hospitality. Talks rudely and does not have any sort of care in conversations. I was testing him and he took 10 minutes of me standing before talking to me. You should really do a screening test of your workers before hiring just anyone.

We took many orders from them. Uber eats, mobile order. Almost every single order was made wrong or missing. I have all the receipts to approve it. Their staff, especially the manager, need immediate training before reopening again.
Even Uber eats refund me the missing items fees but I still have to reorder from different MD again to pay for tax, tips and service fees. It's a serious problem with this location.
