Ordered from the kiosk because there was nobody at the counter. Food took almost 15 minutes to get. Other people came in after, ordered when somebody came to the register 5 minutes after me and got their food before me. I went inside because there is nobody in there in the drive-thru was six cars deep always thought McDonald's was fast food

Store closed early due to one of their co workers not being able to show up. You really should close UNTIL close time. There is no professionalism in closing early because of a call in. Person also looked at me, clearly with anger and asked me what I was doing with an aggravated tone. She has a yellow shirt, short hair and was very upset for no reason. I am doing door dash, and this ruined my completion rate.
