Well this is my first Google review. I’ve always been in the customer service industry to some extent so I tend to have compassion for a lot of downfalls that a customer can experience because I understand the other side of it.
I was driving from Mayo Clinic to the cities 8/1 and added a Starbucks stop to my route not realizing this was a target Starbucks. It opened at 7. I was there at 7:05 I believe. The girl rollled her eyes as a I walked up. Continued to stock and not acknowledge me. Walked away. Came back I asked her if she is not open yet. She still did not look at me and said I need to wait until she is set up. Walked away again. I still waited a few minutes and finally walked away and that’s when she threw her hands up in the air. She easily could’ve said when I walked up “ good morning, just give me a few minutes I am running behind” and I would’ve been completely fine. This girl should not be in customer service.

Showed up to order a drink and waited about 4 mins until the girl working there came out. She looked at us as if she was annoyed we were there, walked away for about another 3 mins, came out, and then asked what we needed. Ordered one drink, the yellow things in the picture I had to move off the credit card machine so I could pay! Please reread that, I had to move them, not the employee! Not sure who is supposed to be running this Starbucks but they definitely need to fix it!

They got me my drink very fast and it tasted amazing
I ordered my signature drink which is black tea with light lemonade. Every other Starbucks I've been to has light lemonade. When I asked for it I was met with a very rude response instead of explaining that light lemonade was less lemonade not a different kind. I paid and went to wait. I looked up and my drink was sitting there nobody announced that it was ready. Super rude employees definitely would not recommend. The whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth.

Twice now I’ve thought of leaving a bad review. In the past 8 days I or my buddies had problems with the same worker. Last week on Friday, my buddies and I went into Starbucks. One of them paid with a 20, but only received 3 dollars back (she ordered only one drink) My buddy went up and told her she paid with a 20, and from the looks of it, the worker was nervous. And that’s not even that bad, people make mistakes. But today, me and my mom went into Starbucks. My mom ordered a peppermint mocha I believe, and I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with no whip cream and extra Carmel. The cashier got us paid then we waited for our drinks. The worker, who gives bad service, said, “I’m out of whipped cream, you can go without or wait like ten minutes.” To which my mom replied, “Oh that’s ok she didn’t want any whipped cream.” The worker nodded and kept making the drink. When we both got our drinks, I noticed there wasn’t any Carmel in mine at all. If I didn’t want Carmel why would I order a Carmel crunch frappe? I wasn’t about to be mean cause people do make mistakes. But my mom spoke up and gave her the drink and asked for Carmel drizzle. My mom took the top off and set it next to the drink on the counter. The worker took the cup and put drizzle in it, then placed it really close to herself so my mom had to reach. The worker didn’t put the top on, she didn’t make the drink right even after the drizzle. I’m not sure what the workers name was, but it was something like “Kayla” or “Jayla.” I really hope she can do better next time because we were really disappointed in her service.

Usually don’t review stores inside a big box entity but really enjoyed the baristas that were working the afternoon of Friday Sept. 29th! Both were super pleasant and friendly!

I just ordered from their drive thru. After ordering I sat in line for 11 minutes before getting my drink. When I handed them the cash payment the worker never said thank you, never smiled, handed me my drink and shut the window. Worst service ever received at a Starbucks location.
I had a drive up order with Target, so I figured I'd order a Venti, Carmel crunch Frappuccino, what is the point of ordering a drink through curbside pickup if your not going to ensure my Starbucks bag has a straw and a napkin? So I had to go in to get a straw! When I went to put my straw in my drink, I took 2 sips and it seemed like it was more than I drank was gone, and it looked how it does in the picture I took, I was so mad that I'm writing this review, I should get what I pay for, my money is hard earned, and when I don't it's very disappointing and I can't afford for it to happen again so next time I will just have to try a different chain. That's sad.
