I always add a specific instruction on to my order when i do an online order, but they never ever go by the instructions I added in. As well as how I had put an order in an hour before my lunch for work, and as I go to pick up my order, it’s not ready as the time I set it at because apparently they ran out of certain things which I understand, but it’s one thing to reach out to me and ask if I want anything different before making it and having me wait my whole entire lunch for it meaning I couldn’t even have a lunch, not just that, but they didn’t even sub my cheese, they just gave me my sandwich with no cheese.

I went to eat and the employee Kayannah treated me very badly, the attention I received from her was very bad (literally) she yelled at me to ask what ingredients I wanted for the breads. I don't recommend this restaurant, you're going to have a hard time if Kayannah serves you. It is the typical case that the employee does everything wrong because she doesn't like her job.

The gals today were working super hard! A line out the door and online orders coming in (I assume that’s what the deafening sound was that sounded like an alarm clock they so diligently worked through).

Very nice and fast service. They did forget a cookie I ordered but when I came back for it I got two.

Had a really good experience here the lady that served us was awesome really friendly sub was perfect it was a breath of fresh air to see someone who actually cared about her job and take pride in what she doing..

We are working near this subway, so it's one of the only options to buy (aside from expensive A&W). I loved subway back in the $5 footlong days, because you actually got what you were paying for. But since then I never go back unless I have a coupon. The first time I got a sub to share with my husband, it was the oldest crustiest bread I've ever had. Literally fell apart. I thought subway baked them fresh daily? Guess not with these young kids working. Where's the manager and why don't they fix all these one star reviews, buy teaching them to build a good sub? Second time I tried the $3 chicken and cheese roll, which was so so so dry again, it had NO cheese. Maybe the tiniest sprinkle I've seen in my life. Never getting that again. Not being able to see where they start building your sub with the meat is a big red flag. Covering the glass so people can't see. Third time, was a bit better but still not subways quality like back in the day. We had a Philly cheese steak sub and it had little to no meat, not much cheese, basically no mayo, and they definitely shrunk everything to half the size it used to be. My husband was so disappointed the third time we gave them a chance, that he took three bites of his sub and that's it. We will NOT be back, to subway in general, until we see they're stepping it up and not charging an arm and a leg for the crappiest subs ever made yet. Also the pictures arent from one time, it's on separate occasions from the Inver Grove heights location.

WOW. I didn’t know it was possible to spend 35 mins at subway when you are second in line. Pop machine leaking all over the floor as well. It was a you know what show. Go somewhere else

I understand it is a subway but in no manner should any business operate as poorly as this place does. I have come here several times over multiple years and I’ve just about had it with the constant downgrade overtime of the quality of this location. Constantly revolving staff that truly don’t care about your food- they’ll completely ignore your requests for certain items and when it comes to any type of spice/sauce they give you a droplet/singular shake instead of the normal drizzle… the food itself isn’t bad but it leaves a sour taste in your mouth with that type of service. It makes no difference whether you’re the only person in line, last person in line, or an online order, you’re gonna be in there a good 15-20 mins before you’re actually processing payment. Atmosphere doesn’t even matter to me but I’ve never and wouldn’t plan to eat inside there.. safe to say there is another Subway on the other side of town that will be receiving my money and tips instead ??

Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Like most people I’ve been to Subway 100 times and this was by far the worst time. The Bread was way undercooked to the point where it was chewy, the spinach was wet and soggy. The staff was brutal to work with. She was super aggressive and seemed as if I was bothering her by being there. Very dissatisfied to say the least

I ordered online and 1/2 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. My chips were stale. When I went back to the store he asked if he made them wrong and I said yes and he asked if he wanted me to remake them. He did apologize but there should be better communication on his end on how they should make things right. He was the only person working so I could tell he was busy.

I visited this Subway at 11:08:11 on 2/7/24 the place was dirty, chips and pop not stocked. I waited at the counter for the woman who was suppose to be working while she tied her apron, moved things around on back counter, fiddled around and finally turned and faced the customers without a greeting she waited for the order, I was told they had no white bread, the lettuce was old and wilted and the pickles were gray. My wheat bread was hard and the sandwich had hardly any fixings and meat, forgot the cheese. I will not be back, the prices do not reflect what you get and quality is way down. You can do better!
