Worse mexican food ive ever smelled or tasted. My asada was like eating charcoal. Not even gonna attempt to the the barbacoa which looks like throw up
Their quesadillas are tasty.
Got a burrito and corn and a soda for 30 bucks ? Thats a stell and the burrito was mostly beans .....
Best Mexican place ever. I come from Georgia. Mexican food up north doesn’t Compete. But, but. I don’t go to the those fancy Mexican restaurants because half of the time it’s coming from a Goya can of beans and rice. Here there actually cooking with heart. I’ll come back for more. BEST PLACE EVER. Coming from a Latina American person. Go here
Flavors are amazing. Got the steak burrito and it was the size of a newborn baby. It does have refrained beans and rice inside, but there is enough meat to make every bite actually taste like a steak burrito. Verde sauce is full of flavor with a little heat. Orange sauce packs a punch but will be just right if you are used to spice.Best Mexican I have had for a while in the Midwest. Will return for sure.
I'm a little embarrassed. I usually try to get a picture. These tacos had me at the first bite. I got 3 carnitas and one tongue. Everyone one of the tacos were great to the last bite. Plenty of meet and toppings and great hot sauce. Best tacos!!!
Great food and huge portions. Lucky to have this truck close to home.
Ordered nachos with beef and jalapeños. Also a couple quesadillas. Recommend the hot sauce if you can take the heat!
Great authentic Mexican food!!
The food is amazing!!! So much meat in the dishes. The green sauce is great. I am happy to have this so close to home.

Good food. basic but hits the spot. Very large portions...1 burrito to share. Will come back.
Okay, I’m joining the bandwagon of fellow reviewers that are calling this food truck “Eagan’s best hidden gem” because wow, the food absolutely hits the spot of Mexican food cravings! What doesn’t look like much when you first lay your eyes upon it, first impressions beg to differ here as you get your food; be sure to have some bills on you as it is cash only! Plus he sure to tip to help out a small business!I thought people were exaggerating when they say the portion sizes are pretty big, yeah….they actually are pretty dang big, especially the nachos. My chicken Quesadilla was also incredibly delicious, and while I had to heat up the side of Queso in the microwave, it was still absolutely amazing to eat!My dad also learned the hard way that there’s a reason they put two tortillas down for each authentic taco too ?Definitely recommend this restaurant! I wish they had picnic tables or really anywhere to eat, hopefully that’s something they’ll do as more and more people discover the place and the make t keeps rolling in for them!
Great authentic cuisine! Highly recommend
Good food as always! Had 1 chicken and 1 beef taco....perfect spice and amount! Delicious!
Awesome food. Not only in taste, but there was a lot of it too.
