Everytime I get the sparking engery they make it wrong and even if i have them remake it it's still wrong? This is the only caribou i have this many issues with. Wont come back to this location.

Love this Caribou BUT it would be great it you opened at 5am!! I would love to stop and enjoy my coffee on my commute into the cities... I know there's a lot of people that feel the same way. Especially now with construction. I bet you'd get a lot of business. Something to think about!!😁

New employees do not know how to mix drinks. They didn’t even stir the chocolate and caramel and so it tastes like crap. Been happening every time I go here. Super disappointing when I used to work for Them and I know what the drink is supposed to taste like!

Employees closed the cash register before 6pm and refuses cash payments @ 5:55pm. Web site says open until 6:00pm. Labor management has taken away good Customer service. Sorry but you've lost my business.
