I moved to Isanti 6 years ago. I tried Chanticlear pizza a few times, it was ok, so I gave up on them. I decided to go back to them after 6 years. I've ordered twice in the past week & it has been great!!! idk what changes were made in the past 5 years, but it's working. keep up the great work!!!

The place will take delivery orders for people more further western then eastern; so if I live 10 miles east of them they won't take the order ; but if i live 15 miles west of them they will ; what's with that ?
I have hope for them ; if they can change the boundaries and go a little more eastern like 15 miles; witch I only live 10 or 12 miles from this place .

I did an online order. I stopped in to see if they received it. One gal , yes they did. Was suppose to be ready at 6pm. At 5:50pm i hear another woman getting pizzas ready say well, if they would have called instead of ordering online i could have told them. I'm guessing my pizza isn't going to be ready on time. The one gal was trying to tell the other girl who was talking about me that i was waiting in the lobby. She didn't care, kept it right up. Moral of the story: don't online order. Guess it shouldn't be an option

The lady that took our order was absolutely rude. She kept interrupting me and would not let me finish. The delivery driver was also very rude and not very welcoming.

We are from out of town (near Chicago) and Chanticleer was recommended to us by 2 locals. We ordered 3 pizza's to be delivered to our hotel....It took them around 50 minutes (+/-) to deliver, which is what they quoted when we ordered.We did screw up one of the pizza's when we ordered (got the garlic chicken on one of our 'za's)WOW! I feel THAT one was probably the best. The rest were exceptionally good. I regret NOT taking pictures. I suppose I could have uploaded pics of the empty boxes ;-). I would recommend it

I accidentally messed up my order somehow when I ordered online, and they made me a new pizza, and when I offered for my husband to pick it up they insisted on delivering. Totally unexpected especially since it was my mistake for not triple checking my order. Great service!

We ordered several pizzas for large family gathering at a local hotel. They were accommodating, prompt in delivery and pizzas were delicious and hot. Definitely recommend them.

I don’t like the customer service from the drivers, when they show up and throw the food at me and they stomp off like a five year old child. It’s not my fault they’re have a bad day, don’t take it out on me. Also the price for the food is over price for the food u get. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. . Also fix your tipping system so I can tip at my door not before because I am tipping someone that acts like a 5 year old child.
