Took our granddaughter there after her. " haunted hallway " event.. its nice having the FULL SERVICE DQ (sorry caps lock, didn't mean to yell) in town.. convenient, nice seating area.. you can even chart your growth by how many "cones tall" you are..

This place at first was good; now this place has gone down hill : overcharging mestup orders ; if you say something to management they will blame it on you; RUDE MANAGEMENT DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE; MAKE FUN OF HANDICAPPED PEOPLE FOR THERE PLEASURE. ; I CAN'T GO THERE ANYMORE !

Worst service. Got charged for things we shouldn't have . Employees had no clue on how to ring things up. Employees need a whole lot more training. The teenagers were more worried about talking about what they they were doing after work than working

Stopped at this Dairy Queen for a quick ice cream. The clerk yelled through the drive-thru speaker that my car was too loud and she could not hear my order. It was not my car, it was because of the traffic traveling South on Hwy 65 that was making too much noise. For a new place, certainly no thought was given to the traffic noise from cars traveling South on Hwy 65. Yelling at customers is a sure way to get my attention, and to also make sure that I spend my money elsewhere.

Brought two gentlemen with special needs to the DQ and Isanti this morning. The young woman who assisted us , Araea?? Was wonderful. She had patience and she helped make suggestions and split the ticket up on a coupon for the two guys. I ordered an ice cream cone. Everybody loved their treats. We were treated so well. Then we went to the railroad track to watch trains while we ate our snacks and guess what? We got to see a train! Perfect morning.

Went through Drive through, The food was hot and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful When I ask for extra nap.

Parking: There were lots of open spaces when I was there, But I was there at three o'clock

This is poorly run; No good leadership; works are ignorant; the management needs to teach them how to run the place; some of the works there don't know how to take orders; charging people too much Money over charging them ; then giving them what they didn't order messing up.

Who ever installed the signs in that place is a Dangerous incompetent person ; A DANGEROUS PLACE TO ORDER OR EAT; HAVING METAL THEADED STUDS STICKING OUT OF THE WALL FOR PEOPLE TO GET HURT; IN WITCH I DID . I did get hurt; They basically didn't care very much; giving me 20.$ for the shirt & 2 mini blizzards witch is a joke ; Now when I go in there they have a bad attitude towards me and give terrible treats poorly made with a attitude of hatred.
I have Hope for this poorly run place; I'll pray for the people who have Evil spirits in them and causing havoc and attitudes.

Wheelchair accessibility: There parking is inadequate for handicap for only 2 spots! Then rest for phone orders that's messed up.

We've been to this location a number of times and have been largely disappointed with ice cream treats. Mint Oreo Blizzards are not minty, chocolate shakes are not chocolatey, and Blizzards that should be really chocolatey, like Brownie Batter and Choco Brownie Extreme, are severely lacking chocolate.

Is there any adults that work here?!... Everytime my family and I get anything from the DQ whether it be food, or treats they ALWAYS mess up the order. I have given many different opportunities to them to rectify the mess ups but then they just seem to mess up again. Also when you have employees yelling to other employees that they are "a racist " that in my eyes is a serious problem. I do want to thank you for 1 thing... thank you for showing my 10 year old how not to act at work.
From now on my family and I will be going to Cambridge or North Branch Dairy Queen from now on...

Kid-friendliness: Most of the employees are rude and have no clue what's going on. I would not recommend bringing kids in here unless you want to teach them how not to act at work.
