There was a customer at the register and then I was standing waiting to be served. There were 3 employees that I saw. The young man, possibly a trainee, went to the next person until directed by a lady working there and the customers right after me that I was next. I wanted my usual, a salad. They put the meat in to heat and put a tiny amount of cheese on the lid So I asked for more cheese. He was old he had to charge for extra cheese. Then he put a small amount of lettuce in the bowl and the other items that I wanted. I get this salad at least once a month for an online meeting I attend. This salad only took up only 3/4 of the bowl. It’s the smallest, stingiest salad I’ve ever received. Isanti Subway has lost a regular customer.

Not one to complain, but ordered footlong and 6 chocolate chip cookies on app. Get there at 5pm and busiest time of day... No Chocolate chip cookies and none being made. I pick out 6 different cookies(not the ones I really want, and they push them in the box and make breakfast cereal out it. WoW! Very disappointed and don't know when or if I will be back. Service is no longer important in this country.

Was the only one in the store at the time, the young lady with dark red/purple hair ignored me for 10 minutes while making online order sandwiches, I get it you're busy doing something, but not even acknowledge or just a quick "I'll be right with you". While making our sandwiches she was very short worded and quiet I then asked her since we had tried to order online to get the bogo and explaining that it wouldn't go though on their app, instead of explaining she looked me in the eyes and had an almost insulting "NO". I can't believe the entitlement from this young lady. Definitely won't be back.

I tried the steak and cheese sub and it was very good. Service was very good and the young lady recommended the perfect sauce for my sandwich. My only issue is that the prices of their sandwich’s are getting too high. I paid nearly $14 for only one foot long sub.

i absolutely love subway but the people here act like i am a inconvenience to them
RUDE!! That's about all there is to say about Isanti Subway!! Every time we go there, the employees are rude and unfriendly!! From no Hi can I help you? To a no Thank you have a nice day/night! And for sure to a absolutely no smile on any of their faces!! She slammed oven doors shut, she threw (not a nonchalant toss either) she literally threw the empty condiment bottle in the sink behind her. Our pretzel was cold with maybe 3 or 4 specks of salt, did not taste good at all!! There is nothing I enjoy better then having the rest of my evening ruined for me!! ?
Very clean. I was the only person in the establishment yet the worker was a little impatient as I had my wife's toppings on my phone. Food was fresh and what is expected from subway.

It is always a delight when an unexpected level of attention and care is delivered by an associate with the role of sandwich artist. Cannot speak for all experiences, however, I was assisted in building a sub for purchase a few days ago and was blessed to have an exceptional flow of execution from the staff member. As the young man completed the sandwich and began to wrap up his work, I had to remind him of how wonderful it is to receive calm and confident service. To my surprise, we share a first name! I must be sure to deal out recognition where recognition is due! Keep up the great work out there Jordan!
