I'd give it a negative 10,000 stars if possible. First and last time there. All around GROSS - stinky bathrooms, horrible service, EXPENSIVE & took over an hour to get the lunch special. Too many complaints to try to explain. Never going back...

My wife and I dined on Saturday night and had the prime rib special. It was excellent and so were the au gratin potatoes and the service. We have dined there multiple times this summer and found the food and service excellent. Well done.

My brother and I stopped in here for the first time this morning and were seriously blown away. The wings were absolutely incredible, crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best we’ve ever had. The bar itself has a great vibe, perfect mix of laid back and lively. Huge shoutout to Alex!! He was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Your one response to the reviews posted by my family, is seriously inaccurate and untrue -we were only kind and patient to our server - tipping her 30% on past visits, seeing how overwhelmed and distraught she was. We all felt sorry for her .
She did her best on all occasions , considering that , as she shared with us , she was the only waitstaff for the entire dining room, on a Sunday , fourth of July weekend !
It is clear that customer service is not a priority.
Saying that other patrons were complaining about our table is also untrue. In reality they were all commenting, out loud , about the ridiculous staffing - one person to serve the entire place. They were expressing concern for the server as she was visibly upset to the point of tears.
Not one of our complaints is aimed at the overwhelmed waitstaff-they are directed at the unprofessional owner. Complaining to us that you were slammed is not an excuse for rudeness and lying.
You should be thanking folks for their patience and understanding, not aggressively questioning customers , sarcastically asking if they have anything they’d like to say ? Or CAN I HELP YOU ? - 😡 while pointing an accusing finger.

Suggestion -hire additional people, treat your patrons with respect-
treat your servers with respect. Be kind.

Do not fabricate stories to explain away multiple bad reviews.

Worst dining experience of my life. New ownership is unprofessional. Servers are crying every time we go there. Owner (Jenny) interrogated my mother (who gave her too long of look apparently) had just completed chemo and was celebrating her first dinner post treatment. Owner Jenny instructed her husband Hal to “get us out now!”. Sad and disappointing as we are frequent patrons who bring our entire family there for dinner frequently. GO TO NITTI’S instead.

GO TO NITTI’S INSTEAD! I don’t even live up here, yet each time I visit this establishment the only waitress they have is sobbing while serving tables. We patiently sat at the table waiting for our food, even having to go up to the bar to get a refill on our drinks. The owner stepped in fresh off the lake with an attitude, bullying my mother in law who just got done with chemotherapy. After she got in my mother in law’s face, she then leaned over the table and got in my face, wiggling her finger in my stunned face. Never have I seen such lack of respect and professionalism from a restaurant owner. It’s a shame to see what once was a classic spot for lake goers turn into such horror and lack of care for the patrons. Spend less time working on your tan and more time making your customers feel welcome. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Unbelievable - after patiently waiting for our order - not one complaint to anyone - owner ( female) accosts me and asks me
“ do you have a problem?” In the very aggressive manner - I’m still shocked - paranoid people should not own restaurants- and business owners have no business arguing with / attacking paying - and frequent customers . Good luck & grow up - never again .

So busy, the food was extremely overcooked and hard to eat- all the chicken products were tough and gristly. The lemonade was watered down, as well as the ranch (very soupy)
Crazy loud, was raffle night and some gabbling but the constant having to yell to the other side of the table was a bit much.
I stepped on a thumb tack that embedded itself into my shoe as I walked in.
Took 23 minutes to be acknowledged by staff to even get a menu- then after given the menu took another 30 minutes to order. The server was a sweet gal. The gal that was giving the raffles out- looked irritated that we told her we didn’t wanna join in the raffle. Never got a refill on my water- while I tried to eat the dried burnt chicken.
Was so excited for the chili- only to be let down with the hat tasted like old tomato soup- couldn’t even eat it. Almost tasted like the tomato’s were sour. Only fun or enjoyed part of the evening was the hunting game.
Parking is impossible so good luck on getting in. The smoking area was right by the entrance so got a big wiff of that yuck.

Do not buy lot or fishhouse or trailer cause the new owners and others are scamers and the people who live there. Then they make you that causes trouble. 2700 lot rent. No water in winter.

Cool bar n grill on Mille Lacs lake, friendly staff, and great food. I mean, look at this burger, it's huge, and it was very good!
