Staff was friendly. Croissant was cold and bottom was hard. Hashbrowns were hot and fresh. They put our Croissants in bag on counter while waiting for fresh Hashbrowns.

Showed up this morning to get a couple of sandwiches to go. I drove semi truck so cannot go through the drive though. Front doors were locked but they don’t officially open until 7am so I was a couple of minutes early. 7am the doors were still locked and a couple of employees saw me standing outside waiting for them to unlock the doors.
7:05 comes and still not unlocked despite the employees looking my way a couple of times, and a car got served in the drive though. I gave up and walked away and shouted at the person serving the car that they were losing a customer.
The doors are supposed to be unlocked at 7am promptly. Not 7:01, 7:05 or whenever you feel like getting around to it. Not sure if I will go back in the future. Burger King food in general isn’t that good anyway. The doors got unlocked as I was climbing back into my truck and I just left.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Watched 4 cars drive off. I never did get anything and this was at 12 noon. If 5 cars, including me drove off...well you do the math
they are very slow at making the food but make us pull forward so their drive through times are short but in reality you wait here for 20 minutes for 4 things

This restaurant was built to replace a previous BK that was destroyed in a fire several years ago. The place seems to be mismanaged. As soon as I entered the building I headed to the bathroom. Apparently the hydraulic closing arm on the door has either been disconnected or removed. There is a sign on the door telling users to be sure and close the door behind them. BUT there is no handle or knob to grasp to close it from the inside. So the main door will swing open. Next, the floors throughout the building were sticky. I could both feel and hear my shoes sticking to the floor with every step. There was a sign on the window advertising their chicken sandwich special. When I went to order it I got charged the regular price. When I asked about the advertised special, I was told that the sign was still up but they had changed the price. My husband was going to order one of the frozen drinks but the frozen drink machine wasn’t working. When we went to get our soda, there was a large wet, sticky spot on the floor in front of the machine, the entire length of the soda counter. There was a “caution” cone on one end of that area, but it didn’t look like anyone had tried to mop it up. It seemed like something spilled, they plopped the cone down and walked away. There were no ketchup dispensers, just the little foil packets that take a whole handful to get enough ketchup. When our food arrived, the fries were so salty we could hardly eat them. My experience has been that every time we eat there the service and quality has deteriorated more. And they used to be such a good place to eat.

Mediocre at best. Bathroom was disgusting. Service was slow. Burger King has really fallen downhill lately, prices for a whopper+cheese medium combo was $13 plus and disappointing

Ordered through door dash twice the first but I took us over an hour to get a driver so when we finally got one he gets there and waits for a little bit gets impatient goes in and ask what's going on with the order just told be we couldn't make it so the driver calls me and tells me what's was said so I call and complain saying I have a two year old waiting for her food but always told was that it goes through the bk app but it didn't though it went through on door dash so I get off the phone after what turned into a heated conversation and called the driver just to be told that the where making fun me for having burger king instead of going to the grocery store(mind you it was 9 at night and the grocery store closes at 8)so we ordered a second time they then went out and td him no we won't remake it so he said can I order it they told him no so he went through the drive thru and ordered our order so in the end this places night crew sucks and needs fired
