We run through the drive-thru once or twice a month on an evening to get blizzards. Always multiple cars in line, but they get them through quickly. The orders are always correct and good. There is one gentleman that works the drive-thru who provides excellent customers service every time.
It took 25 minutes just to get (1) 4peice chicken basket and a drink. Very slow and then my food was cold

Not particularly good food. Guess you could load up on calories here. The onion rings are slightly better than the fries. We bought 8 of the $7 meals and upgraded them to blizzard from there

The employees working were energetic and very friendly. They laughed and joked with eachother and me and other customers. Great smiles and felt very welcome!

I went here less then a week ago and bought a $7.00 meal and a peanut buster parfait and was charged over $25.00 which was over $11.00 of what I had should had been charged. I never got a sales receipt and when I called I never got a call back. I stopped in today mind you I live a half hour away I was told I have to come back next week. If you stop here make sure your not over charged!!!

This place has really gone down hill.Went through drive through to get Chicken strips and shake,Chicken came in 10 seconds shake took 10 min.And I know why toast and strips and fries were hard as a rock.Now I know why I only drive through for soda.

When we got there we sat in line for at least 5 mins before we were even acknowledged and the thing is her name tag said assistant manager. You should know to at least to say hi. Once she finally got to us she was super annoyed that she had to help us. We all ordered and once the ice cream came they were wrong. We ordered blizzard that were supposed to have chocolate ice cream and it came out with hardly no chocolate. I ordered the choc brownie extreme and it wasn’t extreme to say the least. Hardly any chocolate and no brownie batter just chocolate chip chunks. Very disappointing visit. No wonder why I don’t ever go there anymore.

We went into the store instead of the drive through and were ignored for 5+ minutes before anyone addressed us. Then I specifically asked if they could make me a brownie batter blizzard as they were out last time I was there. She told me yes so that is what I ordered. When I received my order it was definitely made with cocoa fudge and brownie rather than brownie batter and brownie batter pieces. Very disappointing as they taste very different.

Assistant manager, Jennifer, was very short and gave us the wrong milk, chocolate instead of white, and I let her know before I accepted it. She said nothing and turned around, walked away and got white milk without a word. Then when I asked for extra napkins, as we have a two year old, she told me there were napkins in our meal. I told her I’m aware, but we have a two year old and would appreciate more napkins. She looked very frustrated. And handed us ONE napkin.Aubrey was very sweet. We came around and got a refund for that service. Jennifer was not apologetic in any way and claimed “corporate limits how many we can give”. She didn’t even respond at first. Pathetic. Will leave a review with corporate.

Why was there a baby behind the counter last week when I was in there? The manager brandy seems to do what she wants, her daughter (not an employee) is constantly behind the counter. What policies do you follow there? Is this not a safe and respectful workplace? Maybe talk to the crew that work there...... the owner needs to find out what is really going on
