Waited 20 minutes for a small blizzard 🙄 Never got acknowledged until I asked the cashier for a refund because I had been waiting so long. They went ahead and made the melted blizzard that I no longer wanted 😒 Tables were dirty, another customer walked up to their cleaning bucket and grabbed a wet towel to clean it herself.

Food took 25 minutes to get out for 2 cheese burgers and fries
we ordered shakes and got the wrong ones. We requested the correct ones get made and the women be hind the counter gave my old lady attitude about it
Then they still weren't right noticed the kid making them wasn't cleaning anything between orders
Place is a joke
Employees don't care and clearly are not trained
Waste of 40$

We decided we deserved ice cream cones on a hot day. This place is BUSY. People driving their golf carts from the golf course (guess they don't have ice cream at the golf course 😂) Despite being busy, the staff bussed tables and filled the ice machine to accomodate/anticipate needs. They were timely with our order (2 cones is simple!), but others waited for their order (one person said she waited 20 minutes for her Blizzard). 🫤

This one is better than the one in Des Moines Ia, South Side. This blizzard can stay in the cup when turned upside down.

One of their seven dollar meal deal original cheeseburger when I got it the burger wasn’t even cooked. It was cold. Wasn’t even worth going back the employees there don’t even wear work appropriate apparel boys wearing holy jeans instead of proper work pants. Do not recommend this restaurant.

We run through the drive-thru once or twice a month on an evening to get blizzards. Always multiple cars in line, but they get them through quickly. The orders are always correct and good. There is one gentleman that works the drive-thru who provides excellent customers service every time.

Not particularly good food. Guess you could load up on calories here. The onion rings are slightly better than the fries. We bought 8 of the $7 meals and upgraded them to blizzard from there

The employees working were energetic and very friendly. They laughed and joked with eachother and me and other customers. Great smiles and felt very welcome!

I went here less then a week ago and bought a $7.00 meal and a peanut buster parfait and was charged over $25.00 which was over $11.00 of what I had should had been charged. I never got a sales receipt and when I called I never got a call back. I stopped in today mind you I live a half hour away I was told I have to come back next week. If you stop here make sure your not over charged!!!
