the food was good, i was there with my husband and kids, but i did notice this one girl very bubbly long hair i know her and her husband, i noticed that she was very flirty with a customer and i noticed she handed out her phone number to him, i think it very disgusting that if her place of work knows she is with someone that they allow this type of disgusting type of work eviroment that allows cheating on there, its appalling and i beleive she should be fired for it, i would not like to be served by her again or return untill i know that has happen.......

Great small town pizza ranch perfect for pre-race meal close to the jackson motorplex or for just a quiet meal. The food is hot and delicious and the Stagg is friendly and knowledgeable.

There is good customer service, great customer service, and going above and beyond. My family’s experience was the ladder of the three. After spends many hours in the car moving across 3 states, we walked in to the restaurant around 4:15pm. We were the only customers, and see only the salad bar was stocked. We were nicely greeted by a young man. We asked what time the buffet started and was told 5pm, but a kind woman (sorry you left before I could get your name) promptly told us they would start the buffet for us. She asked what pizzas we like, started fresh coffee for us, even brought my family out a plate of waffle fries! We were blown away by this great gesture and wonderful service of this Pizza Ranch! The food was great too boot. On a side note the reason we were traveling is due to our family is opening a restaurant in Iowa, I could only hope we get a chance to employ people with this sense of great customer service. Thank you again for making our family dinner a great one.

Came in at 4:00 PM for the buffet and there were no pizzas or much of any anything hot available.We asked about the pizza and were told they put everything up at 5:00 PM and can’t cook the pizza’s for buffet.Yet they can make a pizza for the cost of the pizza on top of the cost of buffet.

Our first time to a Pizza Ranch. What a great experience. Everyone was so friendly! The food was delicious. If we had known how good their chicken was, we'd have come a long time ago! Pizza was a little bit old and a little bit dry, but that may be partially my fault for going when buffet is almost done and the restaurant wasn't busy. Kinda fixed that issue by requesting all the pizzas I wanted so that they'd be made fresh, but of course that resulted in a long wait for good pizza. Gravy had a dry skin on top which wasn't very appealing, but the salad bar and chicken were good! Will go again, but only during more of a peak time. If the parking lot looks empty and you want buffet, I suggest you drive past. If they look busy or you are planning to order off the menu, you shouldn't regret stopping here!
