Why would you have a place open that they are super rude? Where do all your good employees go? I'm not sure why I bother. No one trained. Very mean to me and my kids. Complaining about having to work and help customers. In my day, we worked and didn't say a word about it. Disrespectful. Will not be returning. No wonder this place is always dead. Never seen anything so awful in my life!

Why do we have a drive thru and nobody knows how to make a sandwich? Third time I've gotten a ice cold sub where the meat should have been heated up.

Due to very few restaurant choices in Jackson we went to Subway. Sandwich was good. Staff was efficient.

Excellent service by courteous staff and a really good subway sandwich loaded with yummy meat, cheese and veggies. A great stop in a delightful town.
Don't forget to stop when it opens in the Spring. You'll also be near a coffee shop that's moving there also.

It's fine if they don't run out of things!! I would say it's going downhill a bit. You get 2 pickles and 3 olives! But are always generous with the lettuce... we can do better Subway!!

Ordered the new melts tonight.I think they could have been cooked longer as the cheese was not melted.Out of cookies but overall it was ok.
