Sarah does a magnificent job with all of her creations. I was lucky enough to get in on one of her seasonal creations which was a boiled lutefisk sandwich on a brioche bun garnished with pickled beets and sardines, which provided a taste explosion that still haunts me to this day!

Excellent hot dogs! Made from fish caught in the Swan River on her own property ! Never had hot dogs like these before. Had tartar sauce on the bun too - yum!! ?
