I was very disappointed in the pizza I received last night. It was raw. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Toppings were ice cold. It was nasty. I should have just thrown my money in the trash, because that’s where the pizza went.Customer service however was great.

We have had some marginal carry out pizza here, but this last weekend was the final straw. we ordered a pizza and when we opened it up half of it was completely black, bottom and top. Inedible is an understatement. Called in they said they refunded our money but we had to pay for the other pizza in a new transaction. They refunded the amount before we came back in but were unable to give us a receipt? No we have to look at the next card statement to see if we actually got a refund.How on earth does anyone completely burnt a pizza and just put it in the box and send it out anyway. Brutal and we won't be back.

Had no problems with the place, but recently they removed online ordering and that became an incredible inconvenience for me. Sometimes to me it's hard to get exactly what I want in an order into words, so calling in to order is a pain. Ordering through the app was nice and easy, but I guess they didn't see it as important enough to keep going.

Their food is one of the worst at any caseys. Unfortunately it's the closest to our home. There's rarely pizza in the warmer to go. Any food for that matter. We got subs last night, instead of fresh bread, the 12inch subs were literally on 2 separate little hoagies out of a bag. Half the sub (turkey and veggies) was out of the hoagie when we opened them (we pre-ordered them). The bread was chewy and waxy. Half the time we go there for subs they are out of meat, lettuce is brown, out of many veggies; Or they say they aren't making subs (no reason). That store seems extremely lazy and most staff at the check outs are in horrible moods and you can tell they don't want to be at work.I try to go to Eagle Lake most of the time; much better staff, food and atmosphere.

This gas station is new within the last 2 years. We stopped on Sunday with windy and rain blowing. When done with gas, the machine said it was printing the receipt. But, nothing came out. Why is it that so many Casey's do not print at the pump?? In Owatonna, some pumps will print, and other don't. In talking to other people, they say it is that way at most Casey's across MN. With the wind and rain, I did not go inside for the receipt. I just will not return here again knowing that a newer station as this one has the same bad situation as other Casey's.

Called in last week for a receipt, have not gotten a receipt by mail and cannot verify the purchase and have filed a fraud report. Lady on the phone said if she can find the receipt she would mail it. You would think giving them the date and amount they could get it in something in the mail.
