The food is great, drinks are great. Beer is always cold. The atmosphere is inviting. I love all of the bartenders & wait staff. The new owners are wonderful & friendly. I have made many new friends here.
The employees that work in the bar area are rude and made rude remarks to each other when I walked into the bar and walked past the bar to go into the restaurant to eat saying "they just come in to use the restroom. We should charge them a dollar to use it because that's all they come in for." I thought it was really rude for them to say something like that especially when I wasn't going into the bathroom at all I was going in to spend money in the restaurant...

As you drive down main street into Janesville, MN.. off to the side is this purple building, The Purple Goose, which I love that name.
