I ordered on the subway app for delivery subway did not have the product I ordered so the order was canceled. Subway refuses to give me a refund says door dash has to give the refund and door dash say subway has to refund because I ordered through the subway app and subway received the money I will never do business with subway again

I walked in at 9:30 PM and was told they were closing in two minutes I was like the sign on your door says open tell 10:00 PM maybe if you don’t want to service people after 9:30 you should close then.
The food is not good we ask to add some sauce and they didn’t but after all the veggies are not looks fresh also bread not good and the girl who work over there she is rude and not behave well.ill not recommend this place if you have other option please choose that.

Ordered food for my family online over an hour before the scheduled closing time. PAID for it online, was refused service, and was told to come to the store for a refund because they were closing the store early. Contacted Subway through their survey, to voice my concern and haven't heard anything back, it's been 3 weeks.

This location has really fallen apart. On every recent visit, the staff are either high or absent, literally leaving the store completely unattended while we walked around in there for over 15 minutes. We called out and no-one came to the front. We eventually just left. 3 cars were out back, but no workers inside.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY! DRIVE TO DODGE CENTER OR BYRON! Terrible management! My son was wrongfully fired over the phone by his manager who was yelling and screaming about him not working on a Thursday, their agreement was only working Friday- Sunday. Very poor management!

Slow service. Soggy bread. Expensive. Below average.
