Do not order online from here! Ordered sandwiches about a month ago and received my sub with no toppings, just meat and cheese. Decided to try again and my sub came with no meat! Just cheese and toppings. This wasn't an ordering mistake as receipts clearly show the order of a complete sub- meat, cheese and toppings. They usually make great sandwiches whenever I get them in person and have good service but they can't seem to get them right when making them from an online order

My wife and I were in this evening to grab some sandwiches to go. Long line and a decent wait but that was no issue. The two gentleman working unfortunately had to deal with one very rude customer that was holding up the line for everyone. The gentlemen with the dreads in charge of the store was professional and as courteous as he could be to the rude guest. But eventually he asked her to leave the store which in our eyes seemed like the right choice by him. I applaud his patience and being as professional as he could be with her in that situation.

Guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing, I had to correct him multiple times still messed up. charged me for double meat on my sandwiches When I didn’t get double shouldn’t be 28$ for a foot long and a 6 inch

I ordered on the subway app for delivery subway did not have the product I ordered so the order was canceled. Subway refuses to give me a refund says door dash has to give the refund and door dash say subway has to refund because I ordered through the subway app and subway received the money I will never do business with subway again

I walked in at 9:30 PM and was told they were closing in two minutes I was like the sign on your door says open tell 10:00 PM maybe if you don’t want to service people after 9:30 you should close then.

The food is not good we ask to add some sauce and they didn’t but after all the veggies are not looks fresh also bread not good and the girl who work over there she is rude and not behave well.ill not recommend this place if you have other option please choose that.

Ordered food for my family online over an hour before the scheduled closing time. PAID for it online, was refused service, and was told to come to the store for a refund because they were closing the store early.
Contacted Subway through their survey, to voice my concern and haven't heard anything back, it's been 3 weeks.
