Don't give them business. The manager is not a manager who dose their job he did not want to correct the mistake. It would be better if the manager dose their job. Order was not accurate. If you don't have an item on the menu it's the employees responsible to tell you that they are out. They charged me for what I wanted instead they put a different less cost burger in the to go bag. We got to the park and that's where we found out the order was not right. I would give negative stars but it will not let me. I will not recommend this burger King go elsewhere. It's happened multiple times if you read other customer reviews by not having ingredients to make things right.

I have been to this particular location a few times now. The last two times were at night after 8:00 pm. My order was over $50. I was very much disappointed in the quality of the meat and the temperature of the food. I would hope for the amount of money that fast food is sold for these days.. whether I get something in the morning when the place is open or at night right before it closes that the quality is still the same. Once can be overlooked to error, but twice around the same time and on a similar order is not acceptable. I ordered double cheese, bacon whopper meals.. with other stuff. The whoppers were dry and one had no bacon and others had burnt away cheese from being reheated or over heated. I hope that they work on their quality of food in the pm hours. Especially being the only drive through burger joint in Lake City..

Disguted with the lack of handicap accessibility. The walkway was full of ice next to the handicap parking spot. No automatic door buttons to enter the restaurant or leave. Additionally, bathroom was not accessibile either. There is a handicap stall but if you can't open the door, what's the point??

After driving 15 miles to go to BK I was informed when placing my order that they had no lettuce or tomato for any of the sandwiches. Instead of offering me a discount I was charged for the full order. Why not go to your local grocery store and purchase shredded lettuce and some tomatoes to get you through the shift until the truck comes the next day. Poor management if you ask me.

Absolutely the worst service. When I said something to the one person that came out to acknowledge I was standing there and take my order, here’s the reason I was give. There were only two persons on the schedule to work this morning. There was a mandatory work meeting as well. That left for individuals that I saw walking around in the back after the meeting that easily could have come out and helped anyway. I had gone to get my order because there were a few cars in line outside, and I had sat there for over 10 minutes before one of the cars even started to move forward. bad management!

I have never felt I needed to do a negate review. First if you want a clean area to eat do not come to this location in lake city. The owners/ management obviously do not have a clear understanding what clean is. The windows and doors are nasty looks like they have never been cleaned. They change the ads in the windows well here’s a thought clean the windows when you do. The hand sanitizer is always empty the bathrooms are gross the toilet paper rolls do not work. This store is unsanitary. Garbages are always full. The tables look like they used a dirty rag to clean them. When you come in to order getting ahold of a crew member is impossible and then most have no idea how to do their job. They are not friendly in the least they look like you the customer like you are taking them away from their party!!. The food is over cooked and very salty. Just letting other people know enter at your own risk!!!!!!!

I have always loved Burger King. The BK restaurant in Winona seems to be in dire need of some staff. Staff that is motivated and take pride in what they do, even tho it is a fast food place. The customers will notice. Promise you that.

Place is a total dump and so dirty. Service is absolutely the worst ever and they were also out of meals and kids and napkins!!!! Had to use towels from the bathroom as napkins. Never again will I go here!!
