We vacationed in Lake City for a few days and Chickadee Cottage was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. We had breakfast and lunch, food and service was great. Make a point of stopping in if you are either passing thru or staying in Lake City.

Working in the area, me and my customer and I stopped at chickadee for lunch. Out meals were delicious and homemade, I highly recommend trying them out. Excellent coleslaw, best ever.

This was the second visit and it was just as great as the first. Our server, Dee was delightful. We got seated and order was taken soon after we had time to review the menu. Lunch was delicious!!!! Fresh and tasty. Quaint building and interesting merchandise. 10 STAR rating if I could give it.

Great small town atmosphere. Would recommend to any small or medium sized groups. We were there for Sunday Brunch and what a selection! This was our first time to Lake City, bet we will be back.

Chose this spot for brunch.
I had the quiche. The hollandaise sauce was delicious. My husband had the Scottish scones. Perfect amounts. Fresh fruit yummy!!!

A great location and atmosphere. The food is good but the quaint cottage setting and landscaping is the highlight. We enjoyed Sunday brunch served family style at the table. A large assortment of fruit was quickly followed by a platter of warm cinnamon rolls, next a heaping platter of scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, sliced ham and wild rice sausage came. Additional servings could be ordered as desired.

Parking: Street parking so you might be a block or two away.
