⭐️👎🎄👎 We came to Landoll’s last night — a Christmas gift from my hubby! “The stables” accommodation’s were nice, the Christmas lights were pretty. The dinosaurs are, umm random, and the steps around the property are crumbling, but those things could be fixed.. The RESTAURANT IS A NIGHTMARE. ❌❌❌ Dirty dishes all over the bar and dirty glasses. No bartender. 2 servers and a manager that was MIA. The place was packed but they were so understaffed. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer, and were extremely patient. 20+ minutes went by and our server said “I have no idea how long those drinks will take but can I go ahead and get your order because they are taking so long in the kitchen?” She was dead serious! lol. NOT GOOD! You can’t charge $40 - $60 per customer and operate like a poorly managed Pizza Hut. And …Honestly — I would have given anything for Pizza Hut at that moment. This is the day after Christmas!! You’d think they would be overly prepared for guests snd patrons!! It’s the holidays! The table beside us waited forever for the food and the lady said her fish was terrible, dried, and ice cold. They couldn’t find their server. The guy got up to find someone. The manager was nowhere to be found and never came out to talk to them. We told the server that we were leaving—and the waitress acted like “okay, no big deal, this happens all of the time, bye! 😌” we drove into Loudonville to get a burger and beer and glad we did. They put themselves out there like it’s a “retreat” — an all- inclusive property and they charge like it too. Too bad this restaurant is the complete downfall of this entire place! This place will never survive like this. It has potential but the management is horrendous. FYI: Gervasi prices are equivalent— and the food, service, accommodations etc. is ten folds the quality and service. Gordon needs to come back. It’s Hotel Hell and Restaurant Nightmares all over again!! This place needs some serious help!! Obviously they didn’t listen to him or do anything to change their failing methods! So sad. 😞 We do NOT recommend!!

Cozy local themed atmosphere with great service and delicious food. The menu is creative and extremely well executed. The woodfired pizzas are really good. The brussel sprout apperizer is a hafta-have, and the smash burger is spot-on! A must stop if you're visiting the beautiful Lake City area!

Brent made beer cheese soup upon request for my Birthday dinner. so yummy. Trista was our waitress and she did an outstanding job for our large group.

Well above average food, reasonably priced drinks, good welcoming atmosphere. The gold medal medallions (mini fillets) were excellent and the cheesy mashed potato’s were well cooked and just a little crispy on the outside. Bacon brussel sprouts were the veggie of the day and also very good. Worth the turn off US61.

Loved that their vegetable choices were brussel sprouts or asparagus. Menu selections were reasonably priced and good. Servers were fun and efficient.

Unbelievable fish, best I've EVER had. Craft beer....what more can we ask for?? I gave this restaurant 5 stars because everything about it is supreme.

We were delighted to finally have the chance to visit the newest restaurant in Lake City -- "The Copper Mug" (formerly The Rail House).Delicious fish dinner on Friday evening and a big hunk of chocolate cake to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We choose the deep-fried fish ... moist on the inside & crispy on the outside. Choice of baked or french fried potatoes plus a serving of very delicious cole slaw on the side.We started with drinks from the bar--great beer & wine choices, & they offer special mixed drinks, too: "The Sweet Heart Mule" (tasted like sweet tarts!).Our server was outstanding...attentive without hovering, quick to bring extra tartar sauce when needed and to fetch the cake when we were done with our entree. The owner also stops by each table to make sure everyone's meal is satisfactory.The establishment has a really nice cozy but hip vibe, and feels like a special dinner-out with the upbeat decor. Easy in & out for hubby in his wheelchair, too (tho' a bit of a tight squeeze near the bar, but patrons were kind about that, too).Prices were competitive and easily made us feel like we got our money's-worth, too!Another fine Lake City establishment we'll be visiting more often, looking forward to their lunch menu.We also love her other location near the marina "Heidi's HuggaMug" for breakfast or lunch.

it was very busy as it was the puzzle contest but the service was awesome! I have to say the mac and cheese pizza blew ay others out of the water. Will definitely be making the trip back for more!

Good food and good atmosphere. The kids had pizza and we had burgers and pasta. Food was very good. Not a large menu to choose from, but almost everyone will find something good.
