I am a taco snob. This truck has awsome tacos! I to was skeptical. I think they puree tamoteos into their hot sauce to give it a little tang, i used the lime in the to-go container, i usually don't do this but felt i should just go with the flow. I don't like soggy tacos. These are not soggy, but there was hot sauce dripping down my arm. So ya, five stars.
