If I could leave a no star I would. 3rd time in a week I stopped to get a meatball marinara on Italian herb and cheese. They have neither. Piss poor management this location can't seem to get it together.

This was a great subway to stop at. Although they were short on staff, they were very friendly! Don't be deceived by the small space downstairs, they have an upper level (that can only be accessed by stairs) with more seating! Beautiful view of the lake and the neighborhood through the windows. Bathrooms were ok (for a fast food restaurant) - Overall, if you are looking for a Subway in Lake City, this is your place!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small place to sit at downstairs but the main seating area, is on a second floor with no elevator/ramp access

I never would've thought that I would have to Rate this subway this lowThe gentleman that took my order today was extremely rude and pushy, immediately right when I got in the door, all I hear is "what are you getting".There was no hello Or good afternoon or any sort of Friendly greeting, I have never ever been treated so poorly by anybody from this subway, I don't know the gentleman's name who took my order today but he either needs an attitude change or he needs to lose his job because If an employee is going to be rude and that pushy to a customer, serious consequences need to happenI lived in Lake City for four years, going on and I have never been treated so poorly by this subway or the workers until nowGET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!I expect better from Subway, do not act like the Burger King that's next-door

Tables were filthy. The one worker who was present, was clean & pleasant but she spoke very little English. We tried to order a specific sammich that we have been ordering for over 20 yrs at subway. A “pizza sub”. Simple enough but this was terribly confusing for the poor gal who was left to work alone while the other chick (a real beauty with meth mouth) was apparently running errands. Meth chick just popped in twice while we dined inside. We were able to get our sammiches, not the sammiches we actually wanted but when we choose a numbered sammich from the menu, the first gal was able to throw some together for us. They were so sloppily made that it was difficult to even eat them tho. Way too much sauce and cheese made it a disaster to eat. Not worth $26 for such a terrible experience. I won’t be stopping here again on my fishing trips to/from red wing. Did I mention there was not one single table on the first floor that was clean?

I use online ordering and pick it up from there. I like the steak and cheese with the works. The tuna melt is good and the club with Turkey, ham and roast beef with the works and avocados always... The employees are polite and the food is always fresh. And the online deals are great!!

Probably the best sub I have ever had at a subway! I didn't have to tell the workers to add more of everything, they put on what was supposed to be on the sub. Every other subway is so stingy with their ingredients that all you get is bread. Well done gentlemen!
