This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to. I recommend not only their coffee but they have the most incredible sandwiches too. I recommend getting there early in the morning or on a weekday because it’s less busy. Make sure if you’re coming here you have time to wait just because it does get so busy. I love this place!!

Lunch sandwiches ok. Deli meat, not my favorite. Got smoked turkey on my sandwhich, but wasn't listed as smoked on menu. Don't like smoked meats. Salad was good. Very clean, nice people. Breakfast menu looks good, May come back for that.

Wow! What a gem in the middle of nowhere! The coffee is great, pastries are bomb and they have excellent menu options. We tried the mahnomen porridge (phenomenal) and wild rice egg bake…yum! They also have a small shopping area while you wait. What a cute oasis

Very relaxing place to enjoy a coffee or lunch. Nice to browse the items for sale while waiting. I would suggest upgrading the napkins: the bar-size, low quality just doesn't fit in this beautiful place.

Wow! This is a fantastic place to stop and eat. I had a white chocolate scone and Lida signature drink. The scone was perfection. It had a nice crunch on the outside and a flaky biscuit like texture that was layered beautifully with the tart raspberries then a slightly sweet finish of the white chocolate. The lida was like drinking a cup of Creme Brulee. The flavors blended together harmoniously and not overpowering or overly sweet. It was even more amazing that they had nondairy alternatives and didn’t curdle or have any strange taste to it which usually indicates its quality product. The atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing. They also play a well balanced selection of music that would please any crowd. It’s also noteworthy that volume is not loud that you have to talk over it. This place is about as good as it gets!

We haven't been anywhere as sweet as Ella Marie's! Bright, charming, welcoming! Great food and very friendly service. It's a definite place to go while you're in the area. Highly recommend!

Delicious food! Very fast service and friendly wait staff. The coffee was pretty good too and they have a nice selection of gift type items and Scandi themed cookbooks.

Four of us friends spent a few hours driving around enjoying the beautiful fall colors. We stopped in here for lunch. We ordered half sandwiches and a cup of soup. I typically don’t write reviews or complain but would like to share a few things to consider: the small cup of soup was only half full on all 4 of our meals - so basically 1/2 cup! (The soup was good!) My sandwich was ok but meat was like from a package vs. fresh deli and lastly, we all had water - given very small plastic cups and expected to walk up to the counter each time for a refill. I asked to take the water pitcher to the table, was told you prefer not but I saw you had several other water pitchers to use and with 3 elderly women with me I did take the pitcher to the table. I did tip but felt why when we didn’t have a waiter or waitress!?! Just thought I’d share my thoughts to improve service!!

The perfect place for us to meet up with family while in the area for the day. Breakfast was delicious and my golden milk latte (which they were kindly very flexible and made to order for me!) was absolutely fantastic!! I only wish I lived closer so I could stop in every day!
