I had such a horrible experience here... My friends were hate-crimed and laughed at by Babe's security. I'm not sure how a business can operate like this in such a welcoming place like Minnesota.

do NOT waste your money, time, or even your breath on this place.. The staff and management were awful, rude, and judgmental. I will never be returning and passing the message along to family and friends. The Singletons seem to be the owners, so I strongly recommend ignoring their reviews as they just want to protect their ratings.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would. This place is a bigoted dump disguised as a friendly bar. If you are not white. If you are not straight. If you are not christian. You will NOT be welcome here. The service is awful. The management is absolutely unwilling to address any issues in an appropriate manner. Going as far as telling the victim of a crime (that occured in their bar) that the victim should leave because they were too emotional. While I was not the victim, I was a witness to a slew of prejudice and discriminatory practices.

On June 28th my wedding day, I chose to go to Babe’s as my after party, I just didn’t know this place would be so homophobic. My bridesmaid was thrown out of the bar in a shameful way after tell people she was married to a woman, the staff told her she was drunk and vomiting, what was a lie since she wasn’t drunk at all. the sarcasm and mockery were visible in the way of speaking and in the eyes of the staff. I’m really disappointed and committed to let everyone knows how awful is this place.

Kicked out a member of a bridal party, claiming she was drunk (she had just arrived and had not ordered drinks) simply because she was there with her wife. Did not listen to either woman, had them escorted out and would not allow them to speak with the rest of their group. Ruined the post-wedding gathering. If you want to support bigots, this is your bar. If you are a decent human being, go elsewhere.
